Constant crashes
The app constantly loses the device, constantly asking to press the button, had to try 10 times to update firmware, not consistent at all... still haven’t been able to do the first ECG scan (keeps disconnecting) after all the wait for the product, this is PROFOUNDLY disappointing.

Unusable in current form
App crashes when you try to do an on-demand scan or upload daily data. I’ll revise my review if the app is fixed in later versions but for now it’s basically unusable.
