A set of tests for assessing sensorimotor reactions (simple visual-motor and hearing-motor reactions, choice reaction, reaction to a moving object, sense of pace, discrimination reaction). The application is intended for athletes, coaches and anyone who is interested in the features of the manifestation of sensorimotor reactions in various activities.
Test 1. Evaluation of a simple sensorimotor reaction.
This test allows you to determine the time of a simple visual-motor and auditory-motor reaction of the user.
Test 2. Evaluation of the choice reaction.
This test allows you to determine the reaction time of a user's choice. It is necessary to quickly select the appropriate color (the color of the central circle) from the five offered.
Test 3. Evaluation of reaction to a moving object.
This test allows you to determine the user's reaction time to a moving object. Press "Stop" at the moment when the center of the cross is on the vertical line.
Test 4. Evaluation of the sense of pace.
This test allows for high susceptibility to a given tempo. Read the given tempo and repeat it by touching the screen.
Test 5. Evaluation of the distinction reaction. This test allows you to evaluate the speed of recognition of a "false-true" visual signal.
Methodology.
When performing the test in the '12' mode (express mode), the top 10 values are counted. The obtained values are checked according to the instructions according to the normal distribution law (W - Shapiro-Wilk test). If the condition W > 0.84 (W > 0.9, tempo sense score) is met, you will be prompted to save the result, if necessary, you must pass the test with the beginning. When performing a test in other modes, the mean value of the error and the arithmetic mean are calculated, taking into account all values.
WARNING: NOT FOR MEDICAL USE.
The 'Sensorimotor Reactions' app does not diagnose diseases and does not make recommendations that relate to human health. If the accuracy of measuring sensorimotor responses is critical to your health, see your doctor. The sensorimotor response scores are for informational and educational purposes only.
