Super Convenient - Claims are processed quickly and without any hassles
Taking a photo of my EOB is so much easier than asking my providers for paper receipts that I then have to lake a copy of for myself and then spend money to mail or fax the receipts to just to get reimbursed for my copay. For once, something healthcare related is...dare i say it? EASY!!

Submitting claim
My husband had an ECHO done at a medical facility, used his Bene card, but you would not accept this? Why? Then, trying to send a copy of bill took forever because system would not recognize the bills. It’s a medical procedure ordered by his doctor, why do you question it? Our claim finally went to Sentinel, but we still don’t know if it will come out of our Bene card. The only option was to have payment sent to me, which makes no sense. It should be deducted from the card.

Great app
My employer providers benefits and Flex spending (FSA) is one of them. Sentinel happens to be the company. This app makes it amazingly easy to keep track of account status, claims, receipts and everything else that you might need.

Cannot upload PDF receipts
I can only upload from my Camera or Photos. Please allow me to upload actual files, such as PDFs. My insurance company provides me with an EOB in PDF form, so it would be great to be able to just upload it instead of having to take a screen capture of each page and upload them individually. I can upload PDFs on the website, so not sure why that’s not permitted on the app.

Inflexible and obtuse
In these difficult times i am amazed at the time and energy Sentinel is requesting to cover COVID tests that we have no options but to pay for upwards of 250 dollars
Their repeated denial for trivial reasons is disconcerting. Testing centers use various on line platforms and receipts for services are at times on more than one statement
Sentinel will only accept all the information on one single document which is impossible to obtain
