a work in progress
watch looks good, and generally functions well, but the app requires more support. frequently loses sync with the watch, though the latest update seems to have made this more of an occasional issue (definitely progress, but still frustrating)
also, the new features rolled out need explanation. how do i use sleep tracking, for instance? the sequent website doesn’t have any instructions either. really love what you guys are trying to do, but the software still needs a lot of work

New Supercharger HR won’t connect to this app
How do you connect to the app? I’m hitting the crown and nothing happens?

Still very much in beta
App loses sync with watch every few minutes, requiring the watch button to be double pressed to regain the connection. The step counter also seems to only track a few hours at a time before resetting randomly throughout the day, as do the calorie (only in mJ?) and step counts. The fitness functions aren’t live either. The heart rate does seem accurate, but it requires a manual prompt to engage.
The watch is very handsome, well-made and comfortable, but I’m not sure the kinetic SuperCharger functions properly as a full day’s wear does not increase the charge at all. This is, of course, the main reason to get this watch!
I think for a kickstarter project like this, of course there are going to be lots of glitches during the early roll-out. My critique is that there doesn’t seem to be a way to inform the Sequent team, either online or through the app, what the user experience is like so it can be improved.
Today, the watch is barely functional, unfortunately, and the app is completely useless. I hope it’ll get fixed soon.

App not even halfway functional
App not fully functional. Web site list features such as text notifications on watch, but this does not exist. Also no sleep monitoring, no GPS info/integration, etc. If you want a full functioning smart watch (with HR, GPS, Notifications, functional Sport Mode, waterproof, long batter life) in a classic watch look; search Withings HR. That is what I use until Sequent provides all they promised. Once they update app with the promised features, I will change my review.

Trash
The app is just trash. Does not keep info. Keeps pushing to super active instead of normal. It is just useless and the watch just a analog watch with some things but not worth the money. It is just so bad. Embarrassing to say the least for what they say about the watch. One alarm only. No sport mode. No auto heart check. No auto connection to app. It is just so bad that makes me think to trash the watch. Don’t fall. Don’t buy

Needs more debugging and work
App and watch are still not calibrating even after recent updates. Love the way the watch and app both look.

Terrible out of box
The watch looks cheap and the app gives no instruction for how to actually connect. I doubt this watch ever gets used. Disappointing

Total fail
App rarely syncs with watch. When it does it crashes every 30 seconds. This is not usable.
