St. Francis de Sales (SFS) School is a coeducational Catholic Missionary School under Secondary Education Board of Assam (SEBA) run by the Northeast India Province of the Missionaries of St Francis de Sales, known as MSFS fathers or Fransalians. The school is managed by the Bishop of Tezpur, under a registered charitable society under the Society’s Registration Act XXI of 1860. The school is in the top list schools of Assam particularly Dhemaji for its academic excellence.
St. Francis de Sales School, Dhemaji, that sprouted as a tiny rose plant with 12 buds 39 years ago in 1979 holds a strength of around 2000 students and 60 teachers at present. More than 3000 students have passed out through the portals of this institution till date who form part of our esteemed Alumni Association that has become more active by holding annual gathering and initiating social action programmes.
