Shadow Frog Hack 1.0.0 + Redeem Codes

After playing this game for a solid 10 minutes, I could already tell what I liked and didn’t like about it.

The goods: Amazing background music that keeps me going with the flow off the game. Outstanding retro design that everyone can enjoy. A unique challenge that mimics the player to make you think a bit more of your approach at some levels. A leaderboard with completion time for each level so you can challenge yourself to do better.

The bads: Repetitive levels and minimal new challenges as you progress. Sometimes unforgiving platforming that more often than not would make me lose. Although this did help me win more, I would sometimes just phase right through the shadow frog and some other obstacles at random which can ultimately lead to unfair times on the leaderboard. To get more specific I would sometimes do one move and say get passed some spikes but end up losing to something else. After restarting the level I would do the same move and end up losing. I’m talking sliding off a wall into spikes but not hitting them, and then doing it again only to hit them.

Now, just because I wrote more on the bads than the goods DOES NOT mean this game is bad, I actually really enjoyed it for the most part. I’ve never been one for platforming games but this one is easily an exception as it’s actually fun.

This game is so cute! But it’s too short. It’s very addictive. I really like the music, it fits the game a lot! I think if the music was a bit softer... kinda cuter? It would fit more. But honestly, I don’t really mind about that, the music is already so cute. The frog you play as is adorable! Which makes it more enjoyable. The art style is great! I love this game a lot. It’s relaxing. I like how it can be challenging sometimes. I’m just sad cause there’s no more levels. You don’t have to do this, but can you keep adding to it? I really liked it. I have some things about the game I don’t like. But for now I think I’m gonna stop here. Thank you for taking the time to read this!

Shadow frog was one of the coolest mobile games I’ve ever played! The opening page of the game, was just amazing! Awesome presentation! The little campfire and tent, then the eerie howl was so mystical and unique. Also I adored the music! I can understand how it could seem repetitive to some people, but it wasn’t for me. It kept me invested, and trying hard to beat each new level. Another thing that I appreciated was that it was difficult, but not impossible. You were able to keep progressing through the game, and while it was short, I was satisfied when It was over. If more levels were added in the future, that would definitely be great, but if not, it was a very enjoyable, short little game. Props to the producers!👍😊

Interesting game idea, however one feature that makes the game unplayable is grabbing at an edge. This happens when you collide with the top-side of a block, and instead of wall sliding or jumping off, the game puts you in a frozen state. Once you click, you’ll climb to the top of the ledge facing forward. The issue is not just that you need an extra click to climb up, but a lot of times you don’t want to climb up and instead want to wall jump. Especially in level 28 this feature becomes very frustrating.

Also, the graphics are overall just very small and hard to see. When in vertical mode, the gameplay is way too small, but in horizontal mode the map screen is tiny.

It’s a good game but ruined by a couple really bad features.

See, this game has an amazing concept, and the presentation is amazing. I would give it 5 stars if the game wasn’t so tedious though. There’s times where the double jump doesn’t work, so you die. Also, whenever you die after going to a checkpoint, it doesn’t go to the time it was when you were AT the checkpoint for the first time. After that happens I’m left to restart it because I don’t want 20 extra seconds to that timer. Another problem is if you slide down a block that have spikes on it, it kills you because you slightly graze the spikes. That is the WORST. Because of all these little things I end up getting so many ads that I have to take hours of breaks from this because it makes me want to scream. I’m sorry if this is a bit too harsh, this game just really frustrates me because I really want it to be playable.

This is an excellent game both mechanics and retro design. I purchased this game and every time I go to play the game, it shows ads. It’s hard to find the restore purchases link in settings but then when you want to quit the game and go back to playing again the ads show back up. I’d give this game 5 stars if they fixed that problem.

Really fun and cool idea, but the 32 short levels felt more like a proof of concept than a final product. Also, the Game Center is definitely there, but I can’t find any way to see the achievements. Otherwise a great experience with really good art, music, and controls.

You guys can really up the potential of this game if you gave it more worlds and maybe some lore. The gameplay is super fun and the character is so charming but that’s all it is. It could be so much more, like for instance where did the shadow frog come from? How did they escape them? Is there any hidden enemies? So!! Much!! Potential!!

Interesting mechanics, appealing pixel art and music, satisfying gameplay. There are 4 things I notice:
1. Game is super short, I would love some more worlds and different mechanics or maybe a boss of some sort.
2. The boxes? I never needed them they just seemed like they were placed randomly in the level.
3. The wall-hang mechanic was super annoying. I never needed it and it always slowed me down.
4. When you lose too many times the shadow is removed. It takes all the challenge out of the game and I couldn’t figure out how to get it back.

Overall a fun game I just want a little more

This was a really fun game I loved everything about it: the music, the art, the levels. There is one thing that I would like though. For it to be longer. I live this game and want to see more of it much love❤️❤️
