I love it!
Been using my Shakti mat and pillow 30 mins before bed for two nights and I have slept so good both nights. I was nervous to lay on it the first time and I’m not gonna lie, it’s a funky sensation at first but after the initial nervousness wore off I almost fell asleep on it the first time I used it. The meditation audio sessions on the app are a nice way to learn how to use it. I absolutely love it!

Great app for a beginner
Really enjoying this app as a beginner to shakti. The voice and background music/sound waves are very soothing and I love the guided meditation, with focus on the sensations my body is feeling as I progress through the practice. However, I find myself wishing for more! I use it pretty much every single night, as I’ve noted may others do, and my only wish is that there were more sessions available here. But what’s available is beautifully presented, high quality sound and easy to navigate the app.

Falling asleep
I have no idea how but I can’t make it through the first lesson without falling asleep. I have a hard time meditating as my mind is often like a pin ball machine but using the mat allows me to really focus. Too new to say other health benefits other than great sleep but I’m looking forward to moving through the other lessons.

As a newbie to the Shakti acupressure mat, it was an amazing bonus that this guided sessions & meditation app was released in perfect timing for me. I was in a deep sleep like state by my 2nd session, and delightfully shocked! This truly is healing through the pain (so to speak) and the stimulation really is noticeably healing. I will continue this path for myself & have already recommended to several friends.

So Amazing
The Shakti Mat was recommended to me by a friend. I am so grateful. This is a game changer. The mat itself was slightly scary when I first received it, however, I have to come crave the sensations it creates, and more importantly, the sense of tranquility and calmness, self empathy and compassion, that can now radiate more fluidly out from me to others.

Best thing ever
I’ve been doing the guided meditations while using the mat, and I HAVE NEVER SLEPT BETTER! I even fall asleep during the meditations sometimes 😂. I feel so relaxed and almost like I’m floating after completing any of these practices. Thank you for creating such an awesome app!!

Best sleep I’ve gotten in awhil

Great experience
I love my mat and the app is surprisingly good! Only complaint I have is I wish it had more content. The woman who narrates the sessions is the best I’ve ever experienced with any guided meditation.
