New Feature: Photo Stacks
There are times when your albums can get quite cluttered with similar photos. Typically, these are photos that are taken in rapid succession, one after the other by the same person. Such photos will now be grouped together when viewed inside an album. When viewed in full screen, photos that are part of a stack will have small thumbnail previews at the bottom of the screen; allowing you to skip ahead by tapping or scrolling the thumbnails.
New Feature: Photo Edits
You can now edit photos directly in the app. Simply tap the edit button (between the comment and delete icons) when viewing a photo in full screen to enter the editor. The editor allows you to do multiple things to your photos such as cropping, rotating, adding photo filters, adding text, drawing, adding stickers, etc. When you make an edit, a new photo stack is created with the original photo. Any additional edits to them will be part of the same stack. We think this is a fun way to play around with photos taken by your friends. We hope you do too!

We've got a nice update for you this holiday; making Sharezie an even better companion for your holiday moments!
New: Suggested Albums
Sharezie will now suggest you albums based on calendar events (if you give us permission of course) and also at special times when you are likely create an album. For example, on week-ends and on holidays. These suggestions can be dismissed in the top left corner of the tiles on the main screen of the app.
There are quite a few other smaller updates we've made but here are the most noteworthy:
- Loading your phone contacts is now much faster when inviting friends to join albums
- UX improvements to the album creation screen (e.g. we made it easier to to fill in all the required fields with a 'Next' shortcut on the keyboard)
- Improved how you interact with the geo-fence map on album creation
- Fixed potential app crashes on launch after an app update (if you have been affected by this in the past, this new update should fix it!)
- Inviting a non-Sharezie user when creating a new album no longer gives you an infinite spinner after pressing 'Invite'

Tabbed UI in Albums:
We have improved the experience inside albums by introducing a tabbed UI. You can now easily see when photos are pending (formally known as Buffer in the menu) as they are about to be uploaded into the particular album you are viewing. This way you are now able to choose which live albums to upload your photos to. You can still set a time before they are automatically added.
Find yourself in photos (BETA):
We're bringing facial recognition to Sharezie! By taking a selfie, we will be able to identify all current (and future) photos that feature your face in them. Once you have opted in, you are able to see your photos by going to the "Members" tab in each of your albums and selecting your profile. You can also choose to only make this feature available for yourself by toggling the privacy setting in the settings or when you first are prompted to take a photo.
Geo-fencing (BETA):
With this new album feature, you can set a radius around a location where photos are automatically added to the album. Outside this area, any photos you take will be ignored by Sharezie. Set it around where the action is happening and be worry free that once you leave the action, no photos will be added to Sharezie!
