ShopThing: Luxury Live Sales Hack 1.0.67 + Redeem Codes

Unlike some other folks on here, I have an actually had many issues with the app itself. I think there are improvements to be made, but nothing too wild.
The real issue I have is with the customer service. Sometimes things take an insanely long time to come, and on several occasions, the item has arrived not as described including with significant damage. Customer service’s response is basically to say “too bad” and occasionally offer a partial refund of $10-$20 dollars, which is laughable when you see the prices of some of these items.

I want to love this app. I really, really do. I think the concept is cool, they generally have a good selection of items, and overall it’s a really fun experience trying to snag unique items at a discount.

However I am extremely disappointed with the customer service from the team and would warn others to proceed with caution. I’ve placed 10 orders in the past few months and have had issues with the majority. The items I’ve purchased haven’t been cheap either. When you’re spending that kind of money, you expect a decent level of customer service. Which just isn’t there.

There are almost always issues with shipping. I’ve had only one order that actually went smoothly, arrived on time, and wasn’t a back and forth issue with support. I’ve had orders get cancelled without any explanation from their team. I’ve also had an order most recently “get lost in transit” that they can’t replace. The rest of my orders have taken over a month to even get a tracking number.

One order never made it to me due to their error, was sent back to their fulfillment center, and I still haven’t received a full refund. This was months ago.

Like I said cool concept, but proceed with caution.

I liked this concept at first and have made many purchases, but if you go back and look at my order history half of my orders have been canceled due to sizing issues, mistakes on sizing and one didn’t even have a legit reason it was just canceled and every time I reach out I get an automotive like response. Also, the shipping time takes so long I just made purchases in the beginning of June and they’re not even pending yet alone shipped out. I really like this concept, but I might have to try some other platform :/

I really wish I could give this app a great rating, because the idea of it seems amazing. But the app ruins it for me, it’s super glitchy, once your in someone’s live there is no way to go back without force closing the app, freezes/crashes all the above.. unfortunately I haven’t even purchased anything off the app because I’m so turned off with how unreliable the app is why would I want to risk putting my money on it too!

Imagine working in fashion and your objective is to speak to people without having to see them. Sounds great if you know what you’re doing. The girls on this app can’t articulate a sentence, let alone know fashion terms. Their main vocabulary is “these ones”, “beg(not bag)”, “accent/detail”, “cute”, “love” and my personal favorite “absolutely”. Not an intelligent bunch and they can’t even list items correctly. If you see something for an amazing deal and buy it, but they made the mistake in the listing process they go ahead and charge your card for the amount it should have been listed for. Zero accountability on their end.

Slow service, purchased something a few weeks ago and it just now hit pending shipment . There aren’t any options to cancel or for a rep should their have been an issue with my sale. What if they never send? Who gives me the money back. Didn’t see an option anywhere for just communication with the seller to ask my own questions and solve my own problems. Love my purchase and hope it arrives legit In A few weeks. Rating TBD.

JUST UPDATED AND WONT EVEN OPEN OMG PLEASE JUST HELP GAWD

I came across an ad on instagram and downloaded it immediately, but like the other reviewer said the app is very buggy the videos sometimes take long to load and it’s not super easy to navigate. I think this company could have huge potential if it changed its interface in the app. I get the premise of the videos but the shopping aspect should be as easy as clicking a fixed picture to purchase.

I like the concept of shopping live sales but the app is not great. I’ve downloaded and deleted it twice. You can’t search for things. I watched one buyer and wanted to follow her, but I couldn’t click on her name to see more of her content. The home page showed the same story all day that I had to click past every time I opened the app. It’s easier to shop on Instagram - the only real benefit to the app is getting early access to sales.

App is horrible :/ got really excited when I saw they had one on Instagram but it lags and sometimes doesn’t even load and it takes forever for me to see one item sometimes. Also when you message someone, good luck getting a hold of them. Messaged two people and never heard from them. Would love to buy something through this app but the experience alone just trying to get through it makes me skeptical. Lots of bugs that need to be fixed for sure.

If I go in and out of the main “live” it brings bring me back to the very beginning and to get back to the end is not easy. Either tapping a ton on the right, or if I use the arrow down to get the items bar it’s super touchy and closes every other second. I kept “losing” the item i wanted to buy in the huge que of live items. Hope that makes sense. Bc it’s supppppper frustrating. Otherwise it’s an amazing idea and great app.
