App doesn’t work
I have installed and uninstalled app several times on my iPhone 12 Pro Max and it force closes everytime I open it up...very annoyed to pay $10 repeatedly and the app doesn’t work

Good for the most part but needs more work
I want to start by saying I think creating an app that can have original content and built from scratch is honestly impressive. Sure it may need fixes but no app is perfect and we can’t expect all streaming services to be at the same level of Netflix. That’s just not how it works. My two downsides to this is that all sexed up content is back with music which I a was really not a fan of. And this was one of the main reasons I came to check it out. The other is I do think$10 is a bit much since Netflix is the same price but I understand that content comes to a cost. All in all a great service but for about 1 month, I felt I had seen most. Maybe in a year’s time I will return. The Yes or No game show is hands down my favorite part of content for this app!

I can’t seem to find Account details from settings. And I can’t remember my login details. So if I mistakenly sign out or update the app, I will lose the account and my subscription.
I checked settings from the app, I can only see terms/conditions and video settings but nothing about account owner, the option is not even there.

Unsubscribing due to Apple TV/iphone subscription
Got this app and wasn’t impressed with the quality of the shows. I subscribed on my desktop, but when I tried to watch it on my AppleTv I have to have a separate subscription. How do you have an app for streaming but you need to have a separate subscription for the iPhone and AppleTv? Will not be going past my one month subscription.

Took my money
So I paid for a subscription, and I undid the subscription so I wouldn’t be auto charged next month. Even though I paid 9.99 for the month, if you unsubscribe, you no longer have access to the site. Waste of money, hope y’all business lose out.

Login Credentials Not Recognized/Accepted
My login credentials used for the website don’t seem to work on the app; my password definitely doesn’t work. Support for the both the app and the website itself is piss-poor to non-existent. They need to do better if they want to keep me as customer. Geez.
