"What a phenomenal signing app! I watched it … and now I can sing and sign to my kids (both my kids and the kids I teach). The kids love the songs, and the program flows very nicely...Plenty of children's favorites! I love signing, but I never knew how to put all songs together. Not only entertaining, but it is very educational for parents too. I also like that the signs are genuine American Sign Language signs. I'd love to have more songs on this app, I will be waiting for more!"

She is a great teacher. Stella caught on very quickly, and I’m tempted to get the 10-pack. I’ve actually seen other moms/caregivers use similar actions while singing songs to Stella, but Stella seemed to be more engaged in this video format.”

asl signs for kids
There's some amazing free content on this app to help with teaching asl to kids. My two daughters love it! However you do have to buy the rest.

YOU NEED THIS!!!
I love the signshine app!!! I bought it for my niece about two weeks ago and she is already learning so much. Rather than just playing games on her iPad she goes on the signshine app and does the activities! I take care of her on fridays and it has became a ritual for us to engage in the signshine app to have fun and also learn. I am so glad I made this purchase, it is an amazing resource for starting your baby sign language journey!!!

This app is a great tool to learn and strengthen sign language skills and communication between children and parents. I will definitely be using this to gain more information into the usefulness of sign language and now understand how important these skills are for my future children!

Best Updates App for Hearing Kids
Families so excited and they updated the app, so we can now use it in every iPhone or tablet that we have. This is a great app for hearing babies, hearing children, hearing toddlers. My kids love it and they sing the songs as they sign it. I highly recommended. There’s songs for every holiday‘s colors ABC and fun songs.

Too Cute!!
Not only is this app adorable, but it also keeps my little one engaged! I like how the songs change speed, it's not too boring for the kids and it tests how well they know the signs. A great supplement paired with Etel's lessons!!!

Update Misunderstanding, Resolution In Review, Please Read
To everyone who is upset and disappointed with the update and possibly being charged again for the same content already purchased, I also felt the same way. However, I contacted SignShine today and they advised if you click on "buy" as if to repurchase, the app will recognize the apple ID and not charge you again.
Obviously, this update was not implemented in the best fashion, but they are NOT double charging. I just downloaded all of my previous content (at no additional charge) in the Children's Activity section and everything is good. However, you have to download each song individually within the app (also an opportunity for improvement).
SignShine apologized for the inconvenience and was sincerely concerned about the negative feedback and reviews and is working to correct the perception during the update/download process. I hope this review will ease some concerns. Hopefully the next update will go more smoothly. I welcome the next update in the future. Thank you for the quick resolution SignShine!
