I've been a fan of Alexis for years, having taken her in-person classes prior to Covid. When the pandemic hit, I was worried I wouldn't be able to continue my fitness routine with her. But to my delight, Alexis quickly adapted and began offering live virtual classes.
The transition to virtual classes was seamless, thanks in large part to Alexis’s expertise and experience. Her classes are engaging, challenging, and fun, and she always provides modifications for different fitness levels. I love that I can get a great workout without having to leave my living room!
What's even more impressive is that she didn't stop there. She also launched an app that is loaded with a variety of workouts. From Barre Pilates to dance-inspired workouts and Even quick target area lessons. The app has something for everyone.
One thing I appreciate about Alexis importance of proper form and technique, which is crucial for avoiding injury and getting the most out of your workout. Her cues are clear and easy to follow, even if you're a beginner.

Might be able to cancel the gym—
I have loved Alexis’ virtual classes for a year and a half now, and loved her on-demand program (and watching it grow!) for almost as long. With a gentle reminder to myself to “move daily”, I can either get a full-body, cardio and strength class in, adding on challenges and power-ups, or choose a 15 minute slower paced class followed by a long stretch sesh, mid-workday. Her energy is infectious, always positive, and welcoming to all. Every week there is something new and fresh, so your routine never gets stale. And the ability to pick and choose for different areas of the body and different levels of exertion and time has allowed me to continue to move through old injuries or even a freshly sprained ankle. Couldn’t get through my week without her! So grateful! 🙏🙌♥️

Pilates noob - alexis' energy is inspiring
I took my first ever pilates class by Alexis and her energy is infectious. Whenever it was difficult to keep up, her positivity
motivated me to push through. It is readily apparent that she loves what she does and that raw passion is hard to find.
I took her class twice in person and downloaded the app as soon as I found out about it.
The app is intuitive and it is such a convenient solution to have this for my holiday travels. I don't have to worry about finding good fitness programs while in another country.

Found the workout!
I have tried various types of workouts over the years, and did Pure Barre for the longest time. When I moved and didn’t have one near (and Covid hit) I needed an option to do from home. This is the best mix of different types of workouts that can range from low impact to higher cardio, but all have various options to fit your level. I also have chronic migraines and can’t do anything that causes my blood pressure to rise too high so these exercises have been great for me!

Silhouette by Alexis is fantastic!!
I have been using the app since COVID and it has been an absolute life saver. I will never go back to the gym or workout with another instructor. Alexis’s classes are the best part of every day. She constantly changes her routines, her style is so unique, they are challenging but easy to follow, she is so inspirational and fun and to top it all off the music is top notch! Whether it’s her signature barre, dance cardio or Pilates, every class is absolute perfection!!!

I absolutely LOVE this app! Alexis makes the workouts challenging and personal. The app has a huge variety of workouts and (unlike other workout apps I’ve tried) you can do full body, muscle-specific, or follow the schedule that Alexis herself does!! It’s awesome! Cannot say enough great things! I am a dancer and love that Alexis’ classes strengthen and tone without causing injury, she’s the BEST at what she does! Not to mention her personality is cute and hilarious ♥️

As someone who needs to manage work and life and a dog, this app has finally allowed me to set aside some time for ME, and work out at a pace that suits me. I know Alexis and she is not only such an incredible individual but you will not find anyone more dedicated to their practice and YOUR* experience. Can’t recommend this app and her workouts enough.
