I can't get any assistance w/ my app that won't load
I LOVED THIS APP! The snails -- SO ADORABLE! One day out of the blue, it still shows on my phone as one of my apps, when I go in the app store, it says "open" instead of "download" or "purchase" -- I have an iPhone 11 w/ the most updated iOS!
When I go through the channels to report that it will no longer load - just receive msg, "issue loading silly snail" - at the end of the reporting process, I get a message stating I don't have the app.
Could you please assist me in this matter? I really do love this cute app & have used it so much in the past. I will GLADLY change my rating back to a 5 star as soon as I have a response & explanation.

Why people
These are great stickers! I love them. A person said that they got it and it did not show up, but it does. It won’t show up on your screen like a game. It only shows up when you are texting to others. So please don’t hate they are AMAZING!
