The Silverlit Interactive Bluetooth RC Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG creates an experience like no other radio control vehicle. Your iPod Touch/iPhone/iPad will act as the remote control for your SLS AMG. See the dash board design on screen, hear the revving engine, feel the vibration of the motor in your hands (vibration on the iPhone only). Then use gesture control to actually drive the car. Tilt the controller to drive forward. Twist right – turn right. Twist left – turn left. Tilt back and your SLS AMG comes to a stop. Also use the interface to control the lights on your car – headlights, tail lights and turn signals. This is not just a virtual joystick. This is a brand new way to play and experience RC!
Plus now make the connection between your music and your car. We all love to drive to our favorite music. Now RC Tunes lets you select the music from your own iTunes library and play it in two ways. While driving your car, select the music through the dashboard design radio, and then play your music through the iDevice dashboard, like you would while driving a real car. Bring the car to a stop, open the incredible “gull wing” doors with a push of the button on your dashboard, and automatically, the music will stream through the high quality speaker in the car. It’s an amazing show piece. The lights can even be programmed to flash with the music.

Crashes when trying to play music
Please fix... I bought this for my son for Xmas and Everytime I try to play the music the app crashes ! Please fix ASAP , my son is so disappointed ... Otherwise the car is beautiful and handles great with the app (: I have the iPhone 5 , iOS 7.0.4

It worked, once.
It will not connect to my iPhone X. It connects and then the app tells me it’s not connected.
It worked once on my friends iPhone 7.
Then we disconnected and it did not work any longer.
I tried on another friend’s iPhone 6S and then it had the same issue. The car works, the Bluetooth works, the app will not connect.
I bought this years ago and I loved it.
It’s very disappointing that they do not have continued customer support.

Current version
The car is awesome and works great. It's a little high on sensitivity even after adjusting but overall it's very good. I got the car before launch of new app version and it worked just fine.
As mentioned by someone else the app crashes when music is played. I also have a iPhone 5 running iOS 6 on it. I wonder how they could release with the app crashing every single time.
I will update my review once they release a new working version. For now I was lucky to revert back to my earlier app version.

Product doesn't work as described!
This product needs to be updated to work with the iPhone 6 on IOS 9, the car drives as describes, but does not play music nor will the interior light up! Big Christmas disappointment! :(
