It’s Ok
I mean, if you wanted the best game to just chill out with, I wouldn’t recommend this game. Especially if your trying to get over a stressful day. It’s sometimes annoying when you can’t level up and you almost have enough money but not quite enough to get there. Its a good game, so yeah... If you want a pretty good game just to sometimes check on it then go do something else, get the game. The other frustrating thing that I know other people have already said is about the ads. They’re not bad or excessive, it’s just that whenever I go to watch an add to say, level up my employees, or upgrade their salary, it will say, “There are no ads available”. And I’m fine with that, but then it won’t go away until you watch the add, but there’s no way to watch the ad!!!! This really annoyed me because I know I have enough money to buy another employee, but I can’t because of the ads!! I just wish they would fix this bug so that this game was a little more enjoyable. Other than that, it’s a great game.

Decent but something’s....
So uh I’m pretty far into the game it good and I like it. So I’ve played many games including tycoon idle games and this is the only one where I realize that they don’t tell you how long you have been offline. This is important because how am I gone know exactly when I get a new department or something. Another thing for some reason ads can’t pop up when you click the vip patient truck but in all the other games it work. This could be a bug also when u get back from online you can’t do 2x what u get from ad cause there is no ad at all times so yea love your game pls fix this.

Game stopped opening and now won’t load
So I’ve been playing this game for a long time. Because of the no ad thing I finally broke down and bought that $12/mo subscription thing so I don’t have to watch ads and can just get the VIP stuff automatically. So maybe a few days after I bought it the app now will not open. It is stuck on the loading screen which is so annoying because I actually enjoyed playing and just bought something from it. Thinking about whether or not I should delete the game and redownload. Idk if the data is saved in the Game Center or not and I don’t want to lose everything I’ve done so far.
Update: I decided to delete and reinstall and I have to start ALL THE WAY OVER smh.. I had just got to the Japan stage ugh.. oh well.. it at least saved the subscription..

Pretty chill game for a slow shift
Stuck on a 10-12 hour shift waiting around for something to happen? Then this game is perfect for you! The hours fly by so fast and you can earn so many upgrades in that small amount of time. One issue I’ve encountered is that there are a few upgrades you can receive if you watch an ad, but there are times where the ad doesn’t work and you can’t progress into the game until the ad button goes away(it’s been 15 minutes and it’s still not gone! pls fix developers!)

Pretty good
In all honesty I only emailed a review just to get times 30 diamonds but it’s actually pretty decent right now I love simulator games on the switch is a really good game for me. You should try and get a chance you have to be very patient sadly for those who are in the patient like me, but Try it you may have a blast yourself! Also I’m only giving this to our store is because I just had it minus then I’ll change it in in the near future!

Why are there never ads available
I like this game in theory, but every time I try to watch an ad for a reward, it tells me there are none available. This happens dozens of times a day - maybe two times I’ve had an ad play. How is that possible???? There are hundreds of advertisers trying to get digital impressions - you can’t seriously be saying you can’t find an ad to serve people.
Also - I tried to buy a $5.99 package today. I completed the purchase on iTunes, got the apple notice that it worked and then...nothing! I never received the gems I paid for, and the ad to buy the package stayed on my screen. I’m literally trying to give you money and you won’t take it.

Ad-centric and Flawed
I downloaded this game a matter of hours ago and am already burned out for good. The game's sleek and attractive design is undermined by extremely repetitive gameplay, slow grinding work that quickly reaches a plateau, and the ads. The game is virtually unplayable without watching ad after ad to make substantial money, an amount otherwise unreachable. Advertisements and offers for purchases clog up the screen and distract from building. I've played some of the developers' other games, and they are formulatic clones of this one. I would strongly not recommend unless you have an extremely high attention span.

Good game but has some issues
I have had lots of fun playing this game, however there are some things that need to be fixed. When you try to watch an ad to get a reward to says sorry but there are no ads available. Also when you open the tab to upgrade a department there is this strange logo that pops up at the bottom of the screen that does not fit. Besides that the game is great to play.

Not that good
When I try to watch a add to get more money or to get a new employee it always says that there are no adds available, and I have been playing this game since I get my new phone and it has not been the greatest game ever. But you might think it’s a glitch well you might think that but it has been going on for more then two weeks, and it’s getting vary annoying to. Also it is a pretty fun game to play when your bored. And it might make you rage once or twice but besides that it’s a fun game, But if you had to bye it I wouldn’t do that it’s not that good.

Ads won’t play
Normally I hate ads, and would be ok with them not working. HOWEVER, because this is a game which relays up omg “watching” ads in order to receive certain perks, it is germane to this game that these are viewable. 9/10 I receive a message similar to “no videos available, please try again later”...it’s SUPER annoying because I rely on them to expand and improve my hospital and a reasonable pace. So I can only give it 3 stars. It would receive 5 if the ads worked properly.
