Simple Wellness is for anyone, whether you’re brand new to wellness or a seasoned expert. Our guided routines are 20 minutes, so you can fit them into your daily schedule.

Routines include exercises for your total body, upper body, lower body, arms, chest, back, abs, and glute; full body stretching; and mindfulness. Each routine can be customized for your individual needs by adjusting intensity, pace and rest. Routine instruction is accompanied by ambient music to create a calming and focused atmosphere. No equipment needed, all exercises can be done with just your body weight.

Seriously helps me stay consistent. Recommend.
Love this app. The consistency of doing these quick routines every day has made a really positive impact on my body. Especially doing guided stretching every day and getting my lunges and squats in has made a really positive difference for me. Simple wellness
As an older user this app helps me keep active and limber for my long distance power walks. It combines major muscle groups along with appropriate music to do the activities. I highly recommend it for all.
