One issue so far. *updated*
It seems pretty user friendly and "simple" to use. I do wish there were other customizing options and ways to remove things like delegating since I'm the only one using this app. But so far the biggest annoyance is the prompt asking me to buy the subscription when I've already bought the app for life every time I open the app. I have to go and restore purchases every time. That is super annoying. *update* Customer service is amazing with this app! They fixed the subscription prompt issue I was having. While I wish there was still more customizable content and month views, it is a very lovely app.

App is good...until it crashes.
I’ve been using the app for a couple of weeks now, and it’s a great app to help me keep track of my daily to-do’s. I like several features of the app including being able to create separate “workspaces” for different projects and focus areas; daily and weekly planner views; being able to organize and add folders, checklists, tasks, and notes within the workspaces; and having a quote of the day/week to refer to when I need some encouragement. The app worked very well for me until it suddenly crashed one day and would not let me access it. Doing a reboot of my phone didn’t work and doing an uninstall/reinstall of the app didn’t work either. I finally decided to give up and search for another task management app to use. It’s unfortunate that I can no longer access this app on my phone. I was really starting to think that this was the one that I could use for all of my daily task needs. I guess I was wrong.

New update lost an important feature!
This app works great for me except in the new update, there is no way to see a summary of today’s tasks broken down by sub-category like before. Instead they are just lumped together like a long list and I have to sort out what is what, which is a bit overwhelming. This categorizing is the primary reason I chose this app as it helps to prioritize tasks by group. For example, sometimes I have an hour to bust out tasks for home. Or at other times I want to focus on work. With the new version I have to go into each category (personal, work, side gig) and then go into each subgroup to see tasks for each. This is inefficient when I’m just trying to see a summary of my day. Please bring that feature back or apply it to the daily planner feature!

As a full time working mom of twins, I have a lot of balls in the air and endless lists! It has been really helpful to have my tasks and thoughts captured in one place so they aren't running in my head all day. I like that I can quickly share lists with my employees at work or at home. The daily planner is probably my favorite part because it's how I like to get things done by focusing on what I have to get done immediately. I never liked any of the other apps I looked at because I found them too bulky which is what stopped me from using a to do list app in the past. This was really easy. And pretty never hurts.

I love the capability to have our own personal pin boards. I stopped using pinterest because of all the ads and everything being public. I love that that I can make multiple lists and boards. I use it for shopping lists, remembering steps to my routines, workout inspo and fashion inspo boards, prayer and Bible verse boards, my workout routines, and tracking and completing work and life tasks. I will use it for my house vision board next! The only capability I would like added is the ability to change the order of the pictures on the board by dragging and dropping, if possible. I love this app!

Everything in one place without chaos - amazing!
Absolutely LOVE this app. Not only is it super beautiful and modern but it is also so easy to use and includes everything I need to be organized in ALL areas of my life with the different workspaces and sections within each workspace. I can also see all my tasks for the day or week across all workspaces in one place with the weekly/daily planner views. This app just makes everything so much more efficient in my life.

The best planning app for feminine creatives!
If you have a creative brain and you like pretty things and you find most planning apps just don’t capture your attention enough to even want to open them then you should try this app.
It is so beautiful and easily customizable to fit your aesthetic. It’s also intuitively way to use and not overly complicated which I found to be the case with some other planner apps.
This app was a goddess-send for me. I feel more on top of my plans and projects than ever because I look forward to looking at my to do list!

Email Only Notifications
I just downloaded the app and today was my first day working with the app. I’m still feeling my way around and getting used to the User Interface which is smooth, clean and attractive. That being said, I am beyond disappointed to discover that the notifications are email only. I was expecting a pop-up notification on my phone and was late starting a task bc setting an appointed time is just to get emails. iPhones don’t give you timely indicators for emails all the time so that’s not helpful at all. I prefer my inbox reserved for direct business related communications. I don’t want my inbox flooded with emails to remind me to send email. Due to this limitation, this app will not work for me so I’m a bit bummed.

Finally an app that actually helps me!
Simplish is my go-to app - it helps me stay organized both professionally and personally. I love how easy it is to use! The best part is the shared list aspect - helps my work teams and household stay on top of things and reduces miscommunication and duplication. I use it from everyday tasks like things to get done around the house to grocery lists to making sure our projects are on track. It’s refreshing to finally find a to-do app that is not boring - this one is both colorful and unique! This app definitely makes me motivated to get things done!

I was lucky enough to find this up when I was really early on. And the founders agrees just enough to offer a lifetime deal to the early adopters. The app is a lot of fun to use and gives you the aesthetics of a bullet journal without actually having to spend weeks perfect in your handwriting or color palette optimization.
