and have always enjoyed singing on SS, & listening to other members’ recordings. A few days ago, my SS phone app messed up (squeezed up to display only half the page... vertically), so I deleted it, & re-loaded the app. The new format is far less appealing, than the original design. Also my messages used to load instantly; however, I’ve tried loading messages today, & even after 10 minutes, no messages have loaded.
I can still use my laptop application, but the phone app is RUINED. Fix it!!!! Please... fix it.

So I bought another iPhone and I went to download app I notice it’s a different app. Anyway I downloaded The new app But notice if I go on my computer the feature song I sung was not on my computer features and I think their is less featured songs on the app. So if you sing on your phone not everyone will see your features . I am glad they added pitch control. But I don’t care for this new app . Using my phone was convenient but now I do not have all the same selections of features songs as on my computer. And less songs . Well ever nickname I enter said it’s taken

Still Great!
I’m one of those people who it takes a long time to adjust to change so when this app was re-designed I was not a fan. But after giving it a little time, which actually wasn’t very long at all I still think it’s a pretty great app. I’m sure with a little time it will be my favorite app on my phone just like the last one was.

This app is HORRIBLE
Longtime user of your service, I was on the other nite and I rotated my screen longways with no issue, now not only can you not rotate but if you record video you can’t see the words to the songs, how is this an upgrade is 5 steps backwards from what you had! I also can’t see any of my recordings from a few days ago, they are there but can’t see them using the app, you need to down grade until you work out the issues with this app. 1 star cause I can’t give Zero Stars for a HORRIBLE UPGRADE

Why are their less songs on the phone app than the computer browser version I bought a gold member ship because I said I can use my phone I updated my phone and a lot less songs also if you are on the computer version NO can see your feature song that you just did on the phone upfront I do not care for this and can barely fine a song I want to sing on the phone app YouAdvertise 1000 songs and your karaoke advertising but not for your phone

New version is NOT progress
I was happy to finally see a new version of the SingSnap app, until I ran it. There are major issues with navigation and you end up having to hard kill the app and start over again simply because you get stuck on a page with no navigation controls to get off the page. Also, trying to scroll through a message board list without accidentally touching one of the hyperlinked images is darn near impossible. Please add some padding to the sides!

I haven’t logged in for a couple weeks. So imagine my shock when I sign in and it looks beautiful but I get stuck on every single page! I’m using the iPhone 11 Pro Max, not sure if that’s the issue?? Also can’t click links in messages. Can’t do much of anything! I really miss the simplicity of the original version and hope this gets fixed QUICKLY since I am paying for this!

Tech settings absent
I logged on and expected the usual microphone and headset/volume calibration. There was nothing other than a pop up allowing camera access(check) and another recommending headphone use. But my headset did not receive output. No where in the navigation of the program is there a tech support or faq. Nor is there even a settings menu. I would consider this a broken app.

Why aren’t the lyrics showing up?
The lyrics don’t show up so I don’t know when to start. Also I have to use a sedate device to read off of since the app just stopped working for some reason.
