Actually winnable! But too slow to get $.
Fun game. I have played many of these “win real money” solitaire games and this is the only one where I don’t feel like I’m getting scammed. The only complaint I have is that when you withdraw funds, it takes like 3-4 weeks to get into your PayPal account. I don’t know what the deal is with this. When I have sent or received money through PayPal for anything else, it is always within a couple of days. But, I have won a few hundred dollars and really didn’t have to work for it so I am grateful. The only suggestion I would make, is that if it’s going to take a month for me to get my winnings, please bring the amount up from $49.

Beyond frustrated!!!!!
I am so annoyed because I really like playing this game. First, the game was being glitchy and not giving me crowns I earned. I ignored it. The next day, when I opened it to play the game tried to give me all of the crowns I had not gotten the previous day. That caused the entire game to glitch with 2 circles spinning and spinning and spinning. I could do nothing. I deleted the game many times and tried to reload, no changes. I deleted my account, deleted the app and then reloaded. No change. That was days ago, I think 4 or 5. Today, I randomly tried to download the game again to see if it worked. It did! I was so happy. I started with a new name ( because I deleted my previous account) and tried to register with Apple, which is the only way you can register) and it said something about not being able to verify and being sent back to the beginning. So it gives me a new generated name, I go to register my account and it says my account has been deactivated and I have to play as a guest. I am so annoyed right now. I was giving the game another chance and I got screwed again!!! I already lost money ( although it was only bonus cash thank God)because I had to delete my first account due to glitching and now this!!! So if you are interested in a game that can glitch at any second with no rhyme or reason, this is your game. But I’d think twice about depositing real money because it could be gone as fast as you put it in.

Fun game but…
It’s going on one month since I submitted my withdrawal request. I have also reached out via email to customer support no answer. If we have to wait this long for our withdrawal to process we atleast should have no max limit on the withdrawal. As it is you can only withdraw up to $50 and they charge you a fee of $1 while also forfeiting any bonus cash that you have so you only are able to withdraw $49. Hopefully once my withdrawal is finally processed I won’t also have to encounter a reset period of a few days. Before I can withdraw again. They recently did an update on their app where the minimum to enter a game cash wise is $1 then jumps 3, 5,7,9. Seems like the game is really trying to get people to deposit money or you better always win. It takes 1200 gems to even be able to play a cash game. I only play just to keep enough available for withdrawal, it’s not a game I would play on a daily basis.

Just a suggestion
Absolutely love this app and love that you are giving more games to play with different options to play … great job. I play a lot of the cash games but I like to play and earn the jewels too. Could we not have more options for times or people who are just playing that way? Like we have a ton of cash games in all different price ranges which is great but what about the loyal customers that play more with the jewels or gems? Just a thought. Unresponsive customer service
I’d previously reviewed at 2 stars because of slow response time on getting a refund for bugs. It’s seems they’ve fixed that issue so I’m updating my rating up to 3 stars.
They’ve added additional games and that’s good. The matches take FOREVER to finish, though. Not enough players, so I have a lot that time out and get refunded.
I earned enough money to withdraw, so I tried it out. It took less than 24 hours to hit my PayPal, which was great! However, I cannot withdraw again for a week apparently. I get only allowing one withdrawal at a time, but why must I wait so long before requesting another??

Great game, entertaining and gives a massive cash out
I’ve been playing a lot of skill games, and I have to say this one is the best by far, for the Dollar value invested and returned. SuperMatch3 is very entertaining and I’ve won multiple times in the tournament. I love the new addition of Spyderete and I’ve already had the chance of winning a few tournaments there as well. In total at this point I have cashed out around $80. Not bad if you ask me, given the fact that I only put in around $20

Problem
Love this app and play it daily. My most recent issue is I was recently in Montana and when I opened the app it asked me where I was playing from. I understand there are restrictions for playing for real money in Montana which is fine. I have since returned back home to Utah and I’m still not able to play for real money when I was able to before. Usually it pops up for me to select my state when I’m out of town and also when I return but since returning to Utah the state selection hasn’t popped up. Any recommendations on how to fix this issue?

Good but has some bugs
I love this game and you really do win real money it’s not a scam at all. The only thing is that there’s a glitch or something that sometimes it fails to submit your score and then it will score you as 0 and you still lose your bet even though you played and even if you get a high score so it’s frustrating sometimes when I’m playing the higher stakes games to lose all of that for no reason.

Bug report doesn’t work
I am enjoying the game, and I even earned a little money playing the “minor leagues“ games in match3. But recently I played two dollar dreams games, and I have one that is currently sitting there unfinished, and another one that I played a week or so ago just sat there unfinished, and then eventually just disappeared. I was in second place, and should have earned two dollars. But I can’t even see the results in the history. I tried to report this through the help-bug report, but the “share” button doesn’t even work so I could not send a message.

EDIT: Apparently this has been changed since I left my review. I’ve since deleted the app, so I can’t verify. My review still stands based on my experience.
I will not deposit real money and “bonus cash” isn’t available to withdraw. So it will look like you’re playing with gems, then using gems to earn cash, then building up cash, only to see $0 available to withdraw, as all the cash is essentially in-game currency. I don’t know if it’s different if you give the app actual money, as I won’t be doing that.
