Buy unfinished houses, sell them to the best bidder, and finish the house by respecting your contract. Apply plaster, smooth, paint, apply tiles or even unroll a colourful wallpaper to decorate your client's house! Seek out to receive the highest rating possible, so that more clients get in touch with you. If your client is happy, he will let others know by leaving a nice review. Be careful with your spendings, to avoid getting bankrupt!
