I've been using this app for a while now and I've noticed a huge improvement in my sleep quality. The sounds are so calming that I'm able to fall asleep in no time and I wake up feeling refreshed. Here's a story idea: Once upon a time, a pack of wolves were resting when the cubs decided to go on an adventure. Jake and Jacky were walking through a peaceful and beautiful forest when they got hungry and found some mysterious berries. They ate them without thinking and suddenly found themselves in a castle, not knowing how they got there. (You can decide what happens in the castle). Thanks for reading this!

Works perfectly for me. Much healthier sleep now!
The app worked great! I no longer feel exhausted when I wake up and I'm able to drift off to sleep quickly after a bedtime story. Additionally, the sleep sounds are very calming. I purchased the premium version and I'm very satisfied with the improvement of my sleep routine. However, I think it would be beneficial to have some morning meditative exercises, as I occasionally have difficulty getting out of bed in the morning. That being said, I understand that the app is mainly intended for sleeping, so I'll have to look elsewhere for morning meditations.

SleepBetter is a really great app. I very much recommend it. I particularly really enjoyed The Little Prince sleep story. It has always been one of my favourites as a child. And I'm really glad that I found an app that tells me the story with such a nice and relaxing voice. Thank you for developing this fantastic app. I'm a huge fan and will be forever.

SleepBetter is amazing! As someone who struggles to fall asleep at night, it has been incredibly beneficial. After the bedtime story, I wake up feeling so refreshed and cheerful. Therefore, I wanted to make sure this app gets a good review since it's really great. I hope more people download it, as I'm certain there are many others out there that share my difficulty in getting a full eight hours of sleep. One of the best sleeping apps out there
I advise everyone who needs assistance falling asleep well to get this app. Depending on the severity of your insomnia, using the app alone might only make a small difference. If you're open to recommendations, here are a few things you can try in addition to using the app; speaking as a woman with adult adhd, I can attest to the fact that it works quite well. If you have a Bluetooth-enabled sleeping mask, a lavender pillow mist, and a sleepy tea, you'll be more asleep than ever.
