Best meditation I've ever heard
Ok. So I'mac seasoned mediator and let me tell you. There's NOTHING LIKE SHAZZIE. Her voice, the things she says are the most unique and comforting things I have ever heard in a meditation. Not like the normal crap they ALL say. Hers actually gets to the root of it with her phenomenal visualizations and reassuring statements. Plus the music isn't annoying piano or something it's PERFECT. After probably 9 years this is STILL my go-to sleep meditation and I've never found a better one. I'm just sad she doesn't have a larger library of work!

Has conditioned my body to go to sleep
I use this app esp when I am Struggling with going back to sleep once I wake up in the middle of the night. It’s essential to use ear buds or head phones. There seems to be a back and forth quiet noise audio between the two sides.

I love this app
I have been going to sleep with shazzie every night for two years. I never make it all the way to the end. She puts me to sleep and I love her voice and the way she speaks. I love the affirmations .

Love it, but not any variety
The only reason I didn’t give this app that one last star, is because there Is only one meditation you can listen to for free. I wish I can listen to so much more!😭 otherwise, I love this app and it works amazingly! This is my go to app when I can’t sleep and am extremely stressed. I would recommend this to anyone I know! Sleep easily is very good..
I found sleep easily with ShazzieSeveral years ago and it really is a true meditation and it does really help me fall asleep. I bought a couple other ones by Shazzie. The free one is the best. I have tried other meditations for sleep and this one works best. Thank you for putting it out so everyone can benefit from this marvelous meditation.

Right to sleep!
She was still on the prep part when I fell asleep. I think a big part of it is the soothing voice and the emphasis on comfort and Feeling safe. I recommend it!
