I got one of the Circadia lamps, which are so beautiful and simple. This companion app helps provide coaching to maximize sleep benefits of the light.
I really like the chatbot interface where it fills out all possible answers for you, making the advice that it gives easily accessible, along with the coaching actions (routines, exercise practice, etc) very practical and direct.
