Love this App!
This is one of the best workout apps I have ever used! It is very user friendly. You can choose from home or gym workouts. It tells you how many reps and sets you should do for each exercise, along with a box to put in the amount weight and also a rest timer. There is also a timer that tells you how long you worked out and the amount of calories you burned, etc. This app also contains a whole lot of other info. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed. Also, I can’t say enough about Sloane. She has always answered my questions and has been so helpful!

Best Fitness App out there!
SloanSquad is an awesome app! Every workout will get you stronger each day! Although some workouts are challenging, SloanSquad makes me feel like a better me! You can pick from either 30 minute workouts or 60 minute workouts… whatever works best for you! Both workouts are amazing and will make you feel stronger and healthier! In the app, recipes are also listed which has truly been a game changer for me! They are so yummy and most importantly healthy fuel for my workouts! SloanSquad truly is the best fitness app out there⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can without hesitation say that this app has helped my chronic back pain and tenuous hip way more than any doctor, chiropractor, acupuncturist or physical therapist ever has. I have followed the the app religiously, except for taking a brief hiatus when I had COVID, and have put a lot of time and effort in and I could not be happier with the results and benefits I have gotten from it. If you are looking to get stronger, get into better shape or if you have a bad back and have been given the clearance to exercise, then without a doubt this is the strength training app for you!

The Best Fitness App
The Pancakes and Push Up’s App is the best ! I have been following Pancakes and Push Up’s for years. Sloane is the real deal, she is knowledgeable about nutrition and fitness and has the credentials to back it. This App is by far the best, you will receive weekly work outs that focus on all muscle groups, you are given both at home and gym versions of all workouts and tips at the bottom of each day. Also there is a resource section that gives you recipes, nutritional information and much more. I recommend this App to all ages, she’s amazing 👍💯

The BEST workout app!
I am so happy I found this app! It has everything I was looking for in a great workout. The app is very easy to use with videos showing every exercise. I find this detail crucial to the success of my workout. I am super motivated to follow along everyday, yet I am able to take a day off when I feel I need it. The workouts are fun and creative! Best App for training at home and in the gym
Hi. I’ve tried different Apps and this one makes the difference. It includes timers in every exercise and all of them are explained with a video so there’s no chance for mistakes. The exercises are very varied and the sequences are amazing. This app is created with so much interest in your wellbeing and it’s affordable. Love it and will continue using it as it makes me want to open it and exercise each day!!!!

Pancakes and Push-ups is the best app for me to use when I’m working out either in the gym or at home. It’s so easy to use and keep track of your weights/progress. Sloane always features easy to follow videos with tips to ensure one’s form is correct. I love that if time is an issue she offers 30 minute express workouts! Highly recommend.

Workout app that actually works!
The app is well organized and the workouts are amazing. Every week includes challenges too and the workouts are organized in a logical order to provide maximum results. Videos of each exercise are included within the app, and you can record your reps and weights used. The app also includes both Gym and Home workouts for each day. Love it!
