Better than original Pharoahs Way

I've only been playing this for a week or so, so things may change for me as time goes on. As compared to the original (which I've played on and off for years), these slots are looser (more Wilds), there's more opportunity to pick up extra credits via the Random Treasure Chest aspect, and the bonus rounds seem to trigger more often... but the trade off is the bonus rounds are programmed to be very tight. Tough to win more than 5-10x your bet even though some of them potentially go up to 200x!

Used to be great.

This used to be the go-to slots game. Best one in the App Store, hands down. The latest update totally killed that. Unfortunately, like the Pharaoh's Way game, it now takes forever to level up, which totally kills one's desire to continue playing. The payouts used to be fairly substantial and occurred often. Now you gotta spend a week collecting your free bonuses just to lose them all in a matter of minutes. And why would anyone want to purchase coins when they go so quickly!? You have to bet high to advance faster, but after the last update it's gonna take weeks to level up, and you have to advance 10 levels to unlock the next slot. Where's the motivation to keep playing? Still better than Pharaoh's Way which suffers the same problems and requires you to pass 20 levels before unlocking new slots. I've given up on that game, and likely will this one too. Outrageous prices for coin packages, too, unless you plan on only betting the minimum. I find it difficult to complain about something that's free, more so because it was such a great app, but it's looking like nothing more than a blatant money grab now. Why would I pay almost $100 for an amount of credits I can win in one spin with free credits!? It makes my brain hurt trying to wrap my mind around that. I'll give you a dollar for 100,000,000 credits all day though!

Better before “upgrade”

I have been playing this game for a few years now and absolutely loved it. Then the credit system changed. Seemed ok at first with higher credits, return bonuses, wins, etc. Turns out, it’s not good at all! I tried to play my hour with double diamonds this morning. Started with 94,000,000 + and my max bet was a measly 380,000! Advancement was nearly nonexistent but the wins were decent. Then the game completely froze and exiting out for a few minutes did nothing. I’m up from when I started which is good but I hadn’t even advanced 1/4th of a level! The way it was set up before, I could easily advance 4 levels with double diamonds no problem. And it NEVER froze! Ever. I rarely have sound, it’s always been hit and miss which is a bummer but definitely not a deal breaker. Now I’m debating deleting the game. It’s gone downhill in a big way since credit change :(

It’s now nearly impossible to level up!

I used to really like this game when I first got it, but it’s awful since they changed the way you earn “diamonds,” which it what you need to level up. It takes way too long now to level up to get a new game. This doesn’t make it more challenging, as the developer claims - it only makes it frustrating. It’s a sleazy way to get you to buy coins, which I have never done and never will. The only time I play it now is when they give double diamonds for an hour, once a month, and even then, betting the max, I can only move up one or two levels (you need to move up 10 levels to get a new slot game). It’s awful now and the developer’s explanation for the change doesn’t make sense. They need to change it back. If I could have, I would have given it zero stars.

No return bonus points since day 8.

I have been playing Pharaoh’s Fire for many years and had obtained your last slot update when my iPad stopped working. I had to start all over again but I really enjoyed playing so much it was fun to “re-play” the games again! At day 8, the game quit giving me the points for the return bound even though it shows that it did. Please update the app soon and fix this bug. Thank you, MARY

Hello

I love this game. It is fun but when is the next update?! I don’t understand why it takes so long until the next slot is available. I play just about everyday and could or should have earned the next level. I love the levels and the graphics. What would make it better is when you win a big jackpot that you continue to play and win and not lose all your credits and wait for them to build back up again, just a suggestion.

Please Consider

I enjoy this app and I would appreciate it if you took these requests into consideration. Please make both Pharaoh Slots fit the screen of the Iphone X, XS and XR as there are two black bars on each side of the game sadly. Also the adding of live events that last 5 minutes or so to win the most credits and the top 3 players will split the pot will definitely make credits evenly balance and give everyone a chance for more including the daily login. Thank you!

Update

Loved this game.... then the recent update and credit switch came. Turned a 5 star game into a 2 star game. To make things worse got a new phone and had to start over. At the rate of leveling up now it will likely be 2 years to get back to where I was. Not happy and have noticed I don’t play near as much just collecting bonuses for days to lose all the credits with what seems zero progress. I DONT MIND THE CHANGE IN CREDITS BUT HATE SLOW PROGRESS AND RANDOM BONUS GAMES ARE WAY LESS LIKEY TO HIT. Anyway hope this changes cause I’d like to be a player again instead of just a collector and loser. Also would like to be able to write a nice review if it does!!!!

Pharaoh’s Fire is the best slot game

Great graphics-made for adults-not cartoonish. Good wins, daily free points and double diamonds opportunities to keep one continuously playing. Nice variety in bonus game. Wish the developers would continue with additional games in the same vein. Have been playing for many years. Support team has always been helpful when Apple system upgraded their system and my iPhone or iPad did not respond.

Not bad, but not my favorite

Note to developer: the moon phase is about a week out of sync with the actual moon again.

Daily return bonuses are supposedly linked the the phase of the moon, but the calendar is almost a half cycle off. The bonus calendar says the next full moon is February 2nd, but the actual calendar tells me that that’s just three days before the next new moon, February 5th.

Certain bonuses claim to be good for the rest of the day, but seem to stop about dinnertime. [update: Going to the "Return Bonus" tab in the "Options" dialog will reactivate the decreased time reward. Clunky, but it works.]

The early games had lush, beautiful graphics, but it seems like much less artistic effort has gone into the higher levels, which are verging on tacky.
