Very fun game I finally got my coins back up to where they were before switching out phone. And now I played in a 300,000,000 slots tournament I was in 1000 place before going to bed Saturday night and when I woke up Sunday morning I opened up the app and it showed no results for anything didn't win anything but lost like 60,000,000 tokens playing in the tournament what a crock, I hope you all are reading this and fix the problem I really enjoy playing the game but if it's going to keep doing this I'm going to delete it. It's not fun if you never win any tokens

Feel free to do what you want, but I would HIGHLY recommend not paying this game any money (or even playing at all). The game appears to have very sketchy things show up. I have often deleted the game from my phone and then reinstalled it (starting over from scratch). After doing this several times, I started noticing the same few names show up in those "big winner" pop-ups. Sure they may have no life.. but it's always the same three. Always within 3 minutes of starting the game. I call BS and now believe that the tournaments are equally rigged against real players. But feel free to do what you want.

Update: turns out tournaments are rigged with fake players. Anyone who has played in a tournament knows that the objective is to have the most “diamonds” by the end. These are received by spinning (very little diamonds for each spin), big wins (wins that are at least 5 times more than your bet), and bonus games and scatter spins. The only way to get the last three types is to spin, which you can see scores update for players around you. Several times I have seen a player’s diamond score not change and then suddenly jump enough that it can only be caused by a big win, bonus game or scatter spin. And then after a few minutes of no changes.. it jumps again. There’s no way this can happen short of the app designers cheating actual players.

Bottom line, it’s a horribly crooked game.

I sent a message to Scopely explaining that myself and other family members witnessed several bonus spins that landed on a large multi million bonus, literally jump to the next number in one movement like you see on a stop watch instead of the normal smooth rolling movement. This indicates that the bonus wheel is being controlled so as not to land on the multi-million bonus payments. Also I asked them to move the max button back to the original spot, because it's right next to the spin button and can easily be hit by mistake. I have literally lost hundreds of millions. But that's what they want, all of your points, spend more money. It's greedy! Remember if it isn't broken don't try to fix it. You had a good thing going until someone got greedy. The best thing to do is find another game that isn't made by Scopely. Good luck to those who continue to play thinking your getting somewhere. Very sad.

If I could give this app a minus amount of stars that would make me happier. I won’t really be happy until someone from app support actually answers one of my several emails. I have had this app for a number of years and it suddenly quit and won’t open at all. I tried everything I could think of to no avail. So I have been trying to contact someone at the developers end to assist me, with absolutely no success. Dead silence. I don’t understand why it would take anyone well over a month to respond to an email. I’m beginning to believe they have all quit and gone to work for a much better developer. My advice would be: DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. there are many other good ones out there, find one and forget about this. It’s not worth your time and / or money.

I have been playing this game for years now and have always thought that maybe things were somehow cyber rigged…now it appears I just might be right. In the past 4 months I have landed on the 72 million slot on the daily spin wheel 3 different times only to have it only pay out 96k each time. I’ve reached out to the Scopely people and all I get is what appears to be a computer generated response saying they will check into it but can’t promise when or if it will be resolved. At least my coins are just the free ones but imagine how many people have given these guys there hard earned money to play a game that seems to be rigged. My advice is DONT SPEND ANY MONEY ON THIS GAME!!!

If I could give this more stars I would. The bonuses come up a lot. Super fun. I love this game. I play to have fun, not win huge payouts. I have been playing this game for two years. Believe me this is the best slot game, I’ve downloaded tons and tons. Don’t like it, go to another game. Don’t bash this awesome game. Bet low and you can keep a constant amount of money to play with. I never put a dime in this game and I’m on level 1010.

This game is fun but it more than once have not given me the full amount of money when there are way too many advertisers to purchase more money we wouldn't have to purchase any additional money if you would just give us what we won. I rate this game A THREE

I used to love this game, but it’s become horrible. Over the past year there’s been multiple times where I’ve won a tournament and never received my coins. Not a big deal, you can just contact them, right?? WRONG!!! Every time I type an email and hit send, I get an error pop up that say “something went wrong, can’t connect to network”. Kind of strange since I’m connected to my network, playing their game. Only time I can’t connect is when they don’t give me my winnings and I want to complain. Can’t give a negative rating or 0, so they got a 1.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I'm letting everyone know to be careful when a problem comes because they all they do is lie about helping you. few years ago I had a problem when I play the tournament and won when I synced with another device my coins didn't sync and I lost them. I sent a message told them what happened and gave me back my coins the next day. The same thing happened almost 60 days ago I've been sending message everyday and all I get is looking it and will not give me my coins.

This is the only game I play that takes the bonus you win when you first open the game and divides it by two and then multiplies it by two because you have played it two days in a row. This is a totally wrong way to calculate the bonus. You should take whatever number you win and MULTIPLY by two. I get aggravated with the game every time I open it because of your calculations. It should be changed! Now I am really angry you won’t accept any nickname I pick. Is that because of my rating?
