I literally play this game Everyday…. I love the fact that you gain rewards in so many different ways. Saying that I’d just like to ask that someone correct the issues we are having since I’ve been unable to play for days now. Unsure what occurred but it has happened to many people from all over, oh the power of communication via Facebook. Thanks again for this Amazing Game, now Please get it FIXED!

I have spent (WAY) too much money on this game. I use it for “therapy” as I go through my breast cancer treatments and it kept my mind off things at least for a little while. BIGGEST PROBLEM is NOT getting the coin packages I buy. I am charged by iTunes but the coins don’t download. At this point I’ve probably lost well over 100 billion coins because I purchased several bigger packages and didn’t get them, then would buy them again and MAYBE would get them. Please fix this issue!!!!!!

UPDATE
Finally heard from customer support who wanted me to go through TONS of my transactions and somehow remember EXACTLY which ones did not download . I told them there was no way for me to figure that out! So they never responded, never made good on ANYTHING I never received, which was over $200 in coins and actually more than that when you figure in the “special” extra coins which are not very special when you don’t get them. My advice is play it until you run out of your initial coins thenDELETE THE GAME.

This WAS one of my favorite games. I was all the way up to the Alchemist slot and had about 40,000 gems saved up. This last update they did put me back to level 25 and took all my gems. I emailed them that same day and as of right now they have not answered my email. I’m just about ready to delete the game. I won’t play it to try to build back up to where I was. It took a long time. I hate this has happened. I would have given this game 5 stars had this not happened. The only reason I gave 2 stars rather than 1 is because I did have a lot of fun playing before this happened.

I did end up deleting this game and changed rating to one star because they would not give me back what I had and i was not going to go thru what I did to get everything built back up.

I have been playing this game off and on for almost as long as the game has been around. It’s the only game that I haven’t deleted because I love it. But um….. what is going on with the app!? It won’t connect to a server and when I try to go to app support, my browser says the website doesn’t exist. It’s does the same thing when you push the “website” button…. What’s going on? I don’t want to have to uninstall and reinstall because I will lose years of progress AND accumulated funds! I spent money on rubies and was in first place in slot world! Not ok Red Bell entertainment…

I messaged the developers about my issue and they got back to me very quickly! I tried the game yesterday morning, just to see if it would work, and it did!! Their customer service was great! And now I am enjoying the game! Thank you!!

I’m very disappointed. I really wanted to try this game. I downloaded it and it loaded but it won’t let me click on the first slot. Nothing happens, it just froze. Deleted and redownloaded, same thing. I hope the developers can fix this. I’ll leave it in my iPad for now in hopes it gets fixed.

Graphics are great and the play is so intriguing!,
I like being able to download one app and not have a whole casino all the time.
This will be a game I will play as long as I can!
I am disabled with a rare genetic brittle bone disease and the more I can concentrate the less pain I am in which this game helps me a lot! Make as many of your games like these as you can please!

Love the game always give it five stars. The only problem I have had, is the Max bet button being so close to the Spin button! I hit it by mistake the other day and bet five hundred million credits in one swift move!!! I’m now well below one hundred million credits and it looks like an uphill challenge to get back where I was, just a comment from someone with large fingers, LOL 🤑

Slot ventures is amazing but the last update ruined my game. I have not been able to place it since then and gave no idea how to update since the game support doesn’t appear to be updating it any more. I don’t want to just delete it because I have approximately 8 billion coins.

I recommend it to all even tho I didn’t even play. The UI was beautiful, the graphics are amazing, and the ability to play with friends is wonderful. Seriously play this game, it will change your life. I had tears of joy just by opening the game the first time. It is the reincarnation of everything right in the world.

It says the game wants to open in Facebook
(And it has never done this before). I’ve been playing a long time…many months if not years…
So I hit the continue option and it goes to Facebook
but then it’s says error and that’s the end of it…
I was hoping to get an update of the game but haven’t in quite awhile now…not sure if that would fix my problem…haven’t been able to play for months now…
