The Smarter Thinking App is a convenient but powerful tool to help people manage their thoughts and emotions. Using the App, you can learn to recognise and challenge thoughts and ideas that lead to unwanted emotions and limit your potential, and then develop and strengthen more helpful thoughts and ideas. The Smarter Thinking App has been developed by expert psychologists with experience working within sport, exercise, health, business, and military settings. The App can be used by anybody independently, but is particularly useful for practitioners working with clients using a CBT approach.
