SmartLog: Smart blood glucose management app for iPhone
SmartLog provides the following functions to help you manage your blood glucose.
(1) Connection with CareSens blood glucose meters (Bluetooth)
(2) Manual Input the blood glucose value
(3) Providing various reports that show trend of blood glucose value
(4) Recording information such as meal, exercise, insulin and memo
(5) Sharing your blood glucose data with others by sending email or push service
(6) Sync(or backup) your data with SmartLog Server using "Synchronization" menu in "More" tab
Works with Apple Health:
If you allow Apple Health access, your blood glucose data will be shared with Apple Health App.
If you have any inconveniences or improvement requests in using SmartLog, please contact our Customer Center([email protected]).

App suddenly stopped opening/working & lost all the Data!
We don’t like dissing App Developers, but this App deserves every negative Review it has gotten thus far. The Developers of this App are fully aware of how awkward and unreliable this App is, even if they won’t admit it. Any so-called Bug Fixes don’t seem to improve anything. A Health related App important as something like this, should not be released until it has been relentlessly tested. Do not rely on this App to save your stats/data, or to consistently sync with any assurance. Apparently the Company doesn’t want to invest enough funds into developing a reliable and User friendly App. Frustrating :-\

Super simple to use
At first, it was somewhat of complicating look when I started using it a month ago. And then when they updated, it got so much easier. AND THEY UPDATED THE KETONE AND GKI! Also, the trend graph is just fun to look at :) One recommendation that I want to give is that synchronization to the server ID is actually pretty important. If you don’t make an ID to their server, and you happened to switch phone or delete app and reinstall, all your data gets disappeared. But if you make an ID to their server, all you gotta do is to log in and that’s it! All the data are back :)

Can’t get past terms and agreement setting
Used this successfully for a few weeks to monitor my ketones on a Ketosens monitor, but it suddenly wants me to agree with new terms and conditions. I tick the agree box, and click the agree button, but nothing happens. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, still no go. Shame because it was working so well; particularly with Bluetooth helping me track my progress.

UPDATE TO 2.7.8 won't launch on my iPhone 8 Plus. What is going on????? 1 star!!!!
I'd used 2.7.4 since mid May and recorded my weight, exercise, and blood pressure along with the blood sugar every day since. Today the app updated to 2.7.5 and made me agree to all the terms and conditions again, then when it opened the only thing showing was the blood sugar - weight history, exercise history and blood pressure history are gone!!!! Fix this now!!!! Please

App crashes
Three updates in a row have failed to make SmartLog work correctly. All it does is CRASH on startup. I have come to depend on this app and have a lot of data stored in it. Please make it right and don’t lose my data. Thank you for you’re efforts.

I only downloaded this because I bought the iSense monitor that has Bluetooth so my BG levels would automatically upload to my phone. But after having this app for over 2 months not once has the app connected to my my monitor automatically after doing a BG check. So this app is basically useless to me.

Works good
This app has worked good for me. I would give a 5 star, but it won’t let me delete data. I had a friend check her blood sugar with my machine 2x and cannot delete that data. It will only let me delete manual entered data. Please fix this.

Started out good then useless and no support
Worked fine for first 45 days - then stopped synchronizing. Sent email from contact

Does not offer pairing for IPhone 12
Followed all the instructions and finally found a video online that shows how to do it. Problem is it never asked to connect to Wi-Fi or network upon initial install so the app is worthless now. I can try pairing until I’m blue in the face but because it didn’t ask to connect initially it never will.

The app is fine. Could use a great deal of improvement. However, after the last update, which was July 29, now it won’t even open. Please fix that problem.
