Fun but Frustrating
I enjoy playing this game but it’s messed up we can’t play on iPhone but yet I can still get on iPad doesn’t make since but my iPad keeps cutting off when I play all of my games so I have to play smash island on my fire had which I hate because it has Christmas version so I had to side load google playstore to get it runs slow sometimes but it works I hope in the future we can one day play it on iPhone again

Garbage!
I’m linked to my Facebook, but for some reason, I’m not able to get my reward of 20 spins whenever I complete an island, so I just quit building. I’ve gotten in contact with the “feedback department” and they asked me to send an email (bc I have screen recorded the problem several times) to share with them, that I’m not making it up, but it’s one day I get a response and it looks as if it’s going to be promising aka, “FIXED”. Then the next, I get another person and just run around in circles. Uninstalling, re-installing to no avail. Y’all lost a player, I mean come on, I’ve been playing Island King (their sister game) for over a year and I have problems all the time, but then again, the same makers, of this game whom advertise IK, do a little thing we call, “UPDATES”, to fix bugs! Y’all, haven’t updated in well over a year! ITS WAY PAST DUE!

Have a issue
I love this game, but right now I’m unable to do anything on it. I got a help card to send to somebody, their building would not load up. I canceled the game out and reopened it. I have tried everything helping out a different person, deleting the app and reinstalling it. Since it’s connected to my Facebook It just loads back up. I won’t give it a bad review but please fix my issue. I would hate to have to start completely over.

Great game!
I believe that this game is great and very fun. It has a lot of stuff to do even if you have no more spins! The only thing I don't like about it is the world chat. Not saying that the world chat should be taken out completely but I think you should put a safety chat thing so that younger children will not share personal information about themselves. A lot of people are sharing their zodiac signs like it's an online dating game. That's what really scares me.

Absolutely in awe about this game!!! Literally never in my life has a game got me so wildly obsessed everything about it is amazing hands down the best game ever !!!! There was a few glitches but they took care of them as fast as they could and the best part about it was if u said u were having problems they fixed it and reimburses u not with money but they give u gifts 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 hands up for all of smash island team !!!! There are a few games like this one but on this one you have more opportunities to get free spans more puzzle pieces and just access to a lot of other things that for instance— opportunities to win things like puzzle pieces spans extra lives and so on and so on unlike the similar game- Coin Master. So if you like getting a lot of free spin this is the game for you

World chat
I used to play this game a lot and world chat certainly helps with game play. Unfortunately it doesn’t any longer as there’s 1 guy the calls ppl name, homophobic, as well as saying some of the nastiest things I’ve ever seen anyone say in there. He has multiple accounts and as soon as that profile is block on the game he logs into a different to continue. Someone needs to block IP address’ so his back up accounts can’t be accessed. I’m not the only person tired of it everyone is.

Switching Issue
I love this game enough to have 3 accounts. I use to be able to switch back and forth with Facebook and play either acc on the same phone with no issues . Now it kinda locked me to one with I have reach all the levels and on a curse. What should I do to be able to switch my games.

This game is sooo much fun. No problems at all. People say it freezes a lot but it must be their phone or connection cause I don’t have a issue at all. If I do have a issue I write a complaint and they get back to u almost instantly and compensate. I say this is a must play!!!!

I have went in to earn free spins by offers... It told me to sign up for a free trial week on Colorfly for 184 free spins and it has been about 7 hours and still nothing. I also signed up for a McDonald’s gift card to receive 80 free spins and again nothing... I try to watch videos and get kicked out the app...
