I tried to book some seats earlier, and order food. But the timer ran out, so I lost the seats AND my order. The seats were now “sold”, more likely disabled choices for me. So I had to start all over. Less than 10 mins to book your tickets and figure out what to eat and enter your credit card info is just not enough time. Not only that, you get charged a convenience fee, which I guess is standard. On top of that there’s tip if you’re getting food (you tip ahead of time, BEFORE you get their service!). I’m paying over 60$ now for just 2 people. It’s a lot of money, the app could at least be as convenient as their “convenience” fee suggests. My low rating is strictly for the app experience. It works fine UI is good, but their experience needs work, see the title I used.
