Description
What if when you scrolled through your social media feed, you saw only your friends posting their thoughts? No memes or reels. No more seeing ten thousand links to the same news story everyone is angry about today. No rage RTs spreading something toxic that someone said. And most importantly, no AI-driven algorithm that decides what you do and don't see. Smplr is an experiment in how social media might look without growth hackers trying to get you addicted by outraging you or manipulating you.
In Smplr, you type words into a little box and post them for your followers to see. That's it. You can't add a clickable link to promote anything. You can't share some reel that you stole from another network. Just words. And hey, you can even edit your posts afterwards (it really wasn't a difficult feature to add).
The best part? Groups. Make a group to discuss a new movie, how great or awful NFTs are, anything you like! You can create public groups anyone can join, or private groups that can only be joined with an invite. It's up to you!
