Smuggs is awesome so is the app
App GPS tracking works great and way better than earlier versions. Real-time updates to lifts and conditions is appreciated. As for Smuggs itself, Great terrain and atmosphere. Sure it only has double chairs but I’ve had some of my best life conversations during that 12 minutes to the top of M1, and on a blue bird day that view of Mt Washington from the top is breathtaking and worth the ride. The unmarked terrain is some of the best round. If you are staying at Smuggs, any time you feel you lost on the lifts is easily recouped by the fantastic shuttle service they run. Stayed at. Lot of places and they by far have the best. Ski the East!

Awesomeness
This app has helped us plan the day when skiing is first and foremost on our minds for my family. We love to use it. It has everything we need to know when we are there and when we watching the total snow / trails open before we arrive

Smuggs app
Was good to look at activities but could not sign up for activities through it. Also it would be great to do this and set calendar of activities right in app. Smugglers notch is a great family resort, With helpful and friendly staff. Very clean and most places kept with total numbers of people low to help with social distancing with COVID-19. Hand wash in a lot of places but wish they had in entrance and lobbies of condos. We had a great time despite Covid 19

Features not responding correctly
I really do like this app for viewing trail map, weekly programs, and other available options.
Where things became challenging is logging in and retaining our Smuggs card for purchasing tickets. I get fickle results.
- I cannot save my login information in the setting section. It will say that my login doesn’t exist or my user was deleted. However, when I purchase tickets it prompts me for my login and accepts it (I confirmed the password was typed in the same).
- I have to retype my Smuggs card number each time I select which person I would like to use for purchasing tickets.
Since this area is the main area I use I find myself frustrated with using it.

Nordic maps are great
We are not downhill skiers but like to hike. It was late fall/ early winter and we hiked a lot of the snowshoe trails which were on a Nordic map on the app. This helped a lot when in the woods.

Something is happening at Smuggs
It seems when we vacationed there the first weekend after New Year’s Day it was absent of skiers! Especially after near 20 “ plus of snowfall. It can’t be the slow lifts as even the locals still would come after a fresh snowfall.
There is rumor that Smuggs is looking for more capital to infuse into its aging infrastructure and is currently looking for a buyer (Vail Resorts) to rescue them

Wonderful Forever!
I skied first at Smugglers Notch Skiways in 1960. It was gnarly then and still is. Improvement has been ongoing, but the biggest and best change was Bill Stritzler’s vision of a family resort. After 60 years and stints with the Milton Ski Club, SMSC, and instructing it’s still the best!

Kids lessons
Usually our grandkids can’t wait for their lessons to finish so that they can ski on their own. Not at Smuggs! They truly enjoyed their instructors and had a great time

Great app, great skiing
The app does what it is advertised to do, makes buying lift tickets easy, makes run tracking fun and is generally useful. Smuggs is wonderful... good atmosphere and outstanding skiing.

Excellent, up to date lift and trail info! The leader board encourages unsafe behavior. No one should be encouraged to ski non-race trails at race speeds!!! The off snow events are often omitted or hard to find. Fireworks should be listed in events.
