Not great phone support.
The thing is, the app itself is pretty nice and very user friendly. So although user support needs some work, when the folks at Snapcard finally do get the ball rolling, the app does a very nice job.

Works ok...but
I liked the system at first, because the live service reps were helpful in getting me started. The app works, but this is the third time it has kicked me out of Touch ID on my iPhone. Then it won't accept any new password I try to create, even though the PW meets their requirements. Seems kind of buggy, if I'm gonna use a service that is responsible for daily transactions with my money, I'm gonna need it to be very reliable. Other than that, Bitcoin transactions are relatively timely and that's a big plus!!! I just wish I could actually get ahold of a live person since I signed up?.......

So far I haven't had much experience with this wallet but I can say that having a wallet with Bitcoin, Dogecoin and Litecoin all in one is a HUGE convenience. I have this setup on my website to make purchases and have money sent to my wallet. Seems promising and trustworthy as I haven't owned this wallet for long. I haven't yet found a problem with it though.

One of the best app for Bitcoin and selfie
I like this app because they have a really hight security verification and that make me feel really secure, if you like selfie you will like this app, you have to take at least 2 selfie photo, one with your ID and one with authorization form, I just did the second one hopefully I will pass the verification and be able to use the app this time:p

Great service
I first started using Snapcard a couple months ago as a wallet and means of purchasing crypto instantly. Since then their services have been down yet upon a emailing their staff I received a fast reply saying that they will be back up in a couple weeks. Top service and customer support.

Works and manages to withdraw and deposit. The only issue is, when you buy more bitcoins from the app/website, there is no estimated date for your bitcoins to arrive (aside from the initial purchase pop-up window)

Didn't have any earlier versions from before, but I'd assume this app is much better now. App runs smooth and haven't had any hiccups yet. Worth it if you actually have an account with them or are planning to make one

Snapcard is not a scam (from my experience). If you are having a problem with the app try using the website and u will be impressed with the security and ease of use with this service.

When they say instant buys, it really is instant. Anyone looking to educate others about Bitcoin should seriously look into this wallet, they won't take 3 days for pending buys and cancel your order, nuff said.
