Frustratingly limited
It’s good for adding photos from your phone quickly. However, if you manage multiple accounts, it can be a real pain. You can filter your scheduled posts to only show one account, but every time you edit a post, it defaults back to showing you all the posts for all of your accounts. There doesn’t seem to be any way to see the posts in calendar view.
The app could offer so much more. It would be nice to see a feature that will allow us to upload photos from our camera in bulk (as separate posts for our queue).

Ussauly I don’t write reviews but this app is great. I downloaded a few social media managing apps just to see how they worked like buffer and Hootsuite but they didn’t have enough free options and were pretty complicated. This is super easy to time posts so they’re posted at a peek time for you followers. Although as I see it now, it doesn’t post to Instagram but makes it really easy by notifying you and copying the caption to your clip board. This way my posts are constant, I don’t forget to posted, they’re easily planned and can be posted all with a click of a button!

Been using for years
I love this app it makes my business run smoothly! It’s convenient - the only issue I have is the posting to Instagram.... I wish it would just automatically post like every other forum. Instead of getting that push notification to post. There are times I don’t have good reception and it takes forever for it to post.... or when I’m on vacation and I scheduled something for Insta I’m having to stop everything I’m doing just to post. That is the only complaint I have. Besides that - the app is great for me!

Just testing the waters
This is one of the first applications I’m testing for scheduling on multiple social media and blogging platforms.
I lost interest within an hour after facing repeated errors. It’s my guess that the social media applications are changing software coding with each update making it near impossible for this application to communicate between each other and making scheduling impossible without the constant stress and frustration of errors.
I will probably try again in the future… as I like the simplicity and layout of the application.

Pending review posts don’t show up
The browser based software seems to work okay, but the app refuses to show posts that are pending approval. The app seems surprisingly buggy considering how expensive the monthly membership is.
I’m going to give it a month or two to figure out if I can work around it, but so much social media work is done on phones these days that it just seems very weird for a social media scheduling app to have such a critical failing.

Does not work with iPad Pro 12 inch
This app only works vertically and that makes it extremely difficult to use on the big iPad Pro 12 inch. For vertical use you must hold tablet by hand the entire time and that gets heavy. This app should work horizontally, especially when paying hundreds of dollars per year. Tried their web version on the iPad but it does not allow uploading MOV files. To upload MOV they say we use use their app, but the app has the previously mentioned issues. This app is designed for iPhones, not for big iPads. Hope they fix this so I can change this review, i don’t like writing negative reviews but had no choice.

Don’t subscribe from Apple
This is an okay app for what it does. If you have multiple pages to host this is alright, but you might as well use the free Facebook scheduler within Facebook and save your money. Also, if you subscribe through Apple and change you mind it’s not what you need, then you have lost all and they (Apple or Social Pilot) will not prorate your usage to issue a refund. Make the purchase, or trial directly through Social Pilot and not Apple. It’s not what I need and Apple will not honor Social Pilot’s agreement to partial refund if you decide to opt out in the middle or a few months into your plan.

Much Better than Buffer for Price
I was a Buffer user for years until they increased their prices and reduced their services. Wonderfully I found SocialPilot. Granted it was a bit clunky in beginning, but EVERY email I sent got a response and it improved.
The price to start (8.33/month) is nearly half of Buffer with comparable if not better services. Now I use it to manage nearly 20 accounts and am happy.
I hate subscription services, and have used SmartPost (one time fee), but SocialPilot is worth it if you are trying to grow a business or promote your services/products.
My time is important to me, and I don't like money wasters. I can tell you these people make the effort to do a good job.

Unable to load accounts
After installing the latest update, I’m unable to use the mobile app features to post to my social media accounts, because the accounts do not show. Everything worked fine before the update. I’m almost considering canceling my subscription because of this.

I Love Social Pilot
Great Features! I’ve been using this app for at least three years. However, for the past week, I have not been able to log into my app. I tried deleting it and reinstalling, but it won’t let me log in. (Iphone XR) And gifs added from the desktop post as frozen.
