First to use the app you need to allow notification permissions. Being the company inboxed me on Twitter I replied asking why and got no reply. I then slowed notifications and the chat didn’t work at all, a blank screen I could type and send but see no replies. I said in the quiz I was 13 (I’m not just wanted to see if it would allow me in to the chat,) and was able to enter chat. I asked on Twitter if there was many moderation in the chat being they have minors and heard no reply, but they have been active on social media.
I sent feedback via the app with no reply about chat not working.
I would give this another try once they work things out and hope the chat has some level of moderation for safety of everyone. Overall the app is glitchy and didn’t allow you to go back if you hit the wrong thing.
As a therapist I was hoping for more, no glitches, moderation in chat and safety for all. Some crisis services listed would be great too.
