Took my winnings
So I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch with customer service and it wouldn’t let me click on it or do anything else, I logged in had $1. And some change and I clicked on the $1.00 game and of course what do you know a “glitch” happened and it took all my money and then it wouldn’t let me do anything, even showed my name under the game I clicked on juicy as if I was still playing that game???? I’ve never had any problems at all with any other game so if that’s how this game works, by acting like I’m playing and glitches happen all the time then I will delete this game and keep playing my other games

Better withdrawal
It’s not just this game that I’ve had this happen with, but when you withdraw your earnings, you don’t get ALL your earnings, there’s fees and bonus money that the company and game takes from you and only a certain amount of money goes to you. And it’s roughly 1/2 of what you earned. It’s not worth even withdrawing. Say you have $30 that you can withdraw, they’ll only allow you to withdraw $11 of that, and that’s not fair. If your going to play for money, give us all the money we earned! Plus put into it! I’ve won plenty of games. And I’ve only put in $5 of my own money won $25 and your telling me, I’m not going to get what I earned, I’m sorry, if you want the business, don’t scam of our earned money. Give us what we earned and played for!

I am enjoying this game a lot so far. Haven’t been playing long. I have tried many, many, games and so far l have come to the conclusion that they only exist to take YOUR money, not to give YOU any. You rock along doing great for a spell and all of a sudden you can’t win a hand for nothing. It is very frustrating. I always end up just deleting the game from my phone writing another one off . I did try to cash out a few bucks on one game , and it kept screwing up my account address so l gave it up. Anyhoo, we shall see how THIS one plays out. I will update later.

Player concern
I have been playing Solitaire Dosh for some time now & noticed the App is not giving points to players correctly. This has been happening for some time now. I have notified Solitaire Dosh about this & service tells me to take a picture with the camera next to the avatar but the problem there is not a camera next to avatar. Example this morning I had 12% points and I won 15% & the App gave me no points. I have been watching this go on for months and have informed Solitaire Dosh on several occasions but now when I try to get in contact with them I push service button and app will not send me to service. Just wondering if this is happening to any other players. I have lost so many points or I’m not getting the correct amount.

that is winnable...this is one of the only games I didn't see a significant drop in winning after first withdraw. Definitely a favorite of mine rn...
Update... I have had 3 errors in the past few weeks and the "contact" button in app doesn't work.
On one occasion I did a reload in exchange for a bonus game, bonus game never started. And on two occasions I tried to begin a 4 dollar game and both times the game never started and I got 0s in the game, causing me to obviously loose.
I acctually got a message for one of the games, saying that they refunded me, but there is no credit in my account and no way to reply to the message....
Really wish I could get a hold of someone, cause I really love this app, but not gonna throw money down the drain.

I have been playing for about a week, and managed to turn my $20 investment into $78 (of cash out money). They do try to discourage cash outs by pointing out you will loose all your bonus cash. I submitted my withdrawal yesterday, and it says it will be deposited into PayPal within 3-5 days. We’lol see if that’s legit.

Withdrawal rip off
I couldn’t agree more with “Jipped of our money”. I have put in $50 but have earned $300. I went to withdraw it and all it will give me is $57!!! Total rip off. Which tells me your adds are false. There is no way people are earning thousands a month and are able to quit their jobs!! I am going to play the highest cash game I can and intentionally lose. I’d rather lose $50 than give you guys the $250 I earned!!
I also tried to use the faq which wouldn’t even show me bonus cash or withdrawal info. The contact us doesn’t work either. I originally gave this a 5 star review. Now I don’t even want to give it a 1 star.

Won’t cash out
I played 8 or 10 games and only lost a tiny bit of my $15 investment. When I went to cash out even though it sent me about six emails to verify my email address, and I did it every time, it always came up, saying that it wasn’t a verified email address which is a bunch of garbage because it’s what I’ve used for years. seems like they just want to keep my money. Also there are a couple of fees they do not tell you about in the cashing out process. Sorry to say even though there’s a lot of hype, and so many ads about this game, I found it to be very disappointing.

Problems with game
I either have been very unlucky or I just don’t know how to play. I h may have one practice game. I’m going to have to delete this app. Either the shuffling is not up to speed or you really need to review the success of this app. I think you know that I have not won or you would not have stated that my expectations were not met. Please review because no one is is going to be playing even for $1. I’m 74 and on very limited funds so that’s why I practice. It keeps my mind sharper. But nobody wants to play if you never win. Thanks for the opportunity to voice my concern.

I’m very interested in this game but I have to say that I have not yet gotten the hang of it yet maybe with a little more practice I will get the hang of this game and I hope to be able to play it more often than I have been playing it this is my first time playing this game and I really like it.
