- Health analysis: get a morning summary with heart, energy, breath and sleep phases statistics.
- Phase detection: You can see when you were in lighter or deeper sleep, what your heart rate was doing and how much time you were awake/in disrupted sleep.
- Bank of sleep: Keep track of your sleep duration and try to make up for it.
- Mood evaluation: Assess your mood and enter the affected fathcors for further analysis and search for correlations.
- Calendar History: See your recharge, quality, time asleep, heart rate, deep sleep and when you went to bed.
Somnify also writes your Sleep analysis information to Apple Health.
If you wear your Apple Watch to bed*, Somnify will track and analyze it and give you detailed statistics on heart rate, energy, and breathing, and save your sleep in the history, which you can view in the calendar tab
*Note. If you do not wear your Watch to bed, Somnify simply captures the amount of time sleeping.
