All in one app
ST library content being brought to an app has been a huge improvement from a limited web experience. I especially appreciate having the Insights at the Edge live & recorded videos to watch as it further brings the podcast to life. Excited to see what comes next with this app!

Update ASAP
I can’t listen to my course when my phone locks, the sound goes away and there’s no way to listen. It feels like this negates the point of having a mobile app. I’m going to have to change the setting on my phone to leave my phone unlocked 100% of the time, which is going to completely drain my battery. I absolutely love the course that I’m listening to through this app, but this feature makes it feel pointless to even have the app. I’d rather go back and listen to the browser where I don’t need to have my phone unlocked 100% of the time.

Good for the soul!
I’m loving the high quality teachers, content, and videos. Always learning something new and gaining wisdom that I can apply to my own life. It’s a positive place for me where I feel inspired and uplifted! I also like being in a space where there are like-minded members also wanting to learn, grow, and live their best life.

Poor Execution All Around
Sounds True’s only option for iPad users when using courses you have already purchased is to use the App. The website won’t load any of the content when accessed on an iPad. When contacting customer service, I was advised I could only use an App or a computer. Now that I have downloaded the App, it can’t be used at all in landscape. This is a huge disappointment and a sad oversight by the development team. I hope they can incorporate this into the next iteration.

Terrible app and website
Why make me download the app if you’re going to take me to the website when I click the course? On top of that, it wouldn’t accept my password (which I knew to be correct) so I changed my password. The new one worked for two days and stopped working. Does this mean I have to change my password every couple of days I want to access my courses? This is absurd. For an app/website that’s supposed to help with mindfulness, it’s causing a great deal of frustration.

Must keep app open to listen
App stops playing audio unless open, making it unusable for me. Can’t rely on backup option of mobile web either as it’s no longer accessible and redirects to the app. Please add the ability to continue listening in the background when switching to other apps or screen is off, like other meditation, audiobook, audio content apps.

Audio doesn’t play when iPhone screen locks
Audio doesn’t continue playing when the iPhone screen locks—makes it nearly impossible to use. Everything else is great, but I’ll be deleting until that glitch is fixed.
