Great app lousy support
I tried to use the after buying Trinity Collage grade 5. The app worked once promising but than I lost the application (Trinity music download). I have email support multiple times without ANY result. The Trinity Collage study book (€25!) completely useless. Hope I will get the support. Until than don’t spend any time using the app! Unbelievable!!!

Can I give negative stars?
This stupid app keeps resetting itself. It will work fine for a hot minute and then it loses my purchases and I have to start over. Excessively frustrating. DO NOT recommend.

Can’t access backing tracks
I have no clue how to access the backing tracks on the app. The book says input the code to access your audio but there is no option to do that on the app. The website insists on opening the app to continue accessing it, but how do I claim the backing tracks after purchasing the initial grade book for my son. This is such a terrible app, very non intuitive and I’m left completely frustrated. Developer please help!! My son needs to prepare for his exam.
