Great but.......

The game is great. But why no landscape on ipad? Or this people jus want us to buy the hd version for that? Also, there is no way to keep high scores in this version! What up with that?If they make it landscape and portrait for ipad and let u keep scores i will give 5 star

JUST LIKE THE ORIGINAL (ALMOST)!

If you loved Space Invaders when you were a kid, well...you will love this! So much...so many memories! This is brilliantly designed and works flawlessly.

Great play!

I actually enjoy this version more than the authentic Taito version.

Large playing screen with responsive touch controls make this a winner. Save some coin by getting this game instead. At least the developer knows how to use the full width and height of the iPad screen, unlike the 'real' space invaders version.

Great Game

Graphics, sounds, operations-all are fantastic and I really love this game. Just a small suggestion-if the game could turn landscape it Seems like it would not make the player have to bend his/her wrists as much with the traditional button controls. I would play a LOT longer if i could alleviate that issue. But the game itself is absolutely the BEST!

Great "old school" game!

This game is really fun especially if you likes the old school space invaders.. It's like an updated version of the original space invaders. The update with the larger buttons was a big improvement.

Nice game

If you like old school shooters, this game is for you. I felt accelometer was best suited for this game. The only thing I would change is to be able to shoot just by clicking anywhere on the screen and not pushing the tiny button in the right hand corner. Other than that, a fun game.

Fantastic!!

As close to the look, feel and SOUND as any SI type game I have tried on the iPad (and I spent MANY hours in front of the ACTUAL arcade game in the early 80's)

Old school game with new age advertisements

Reminds me of playing this game in the Atari when I was younger but the ads in between every level distract and eventually get too cumbersome to continue playing. Downloaded and played the game for 30 minutes then deleted. Glad I got the game when they were offering it for free.

Thanks for fixing the iPod 5G formatting bug, guys! It's working again, so I'm updating to 5 stars. This game is great, classic Space Invaders gameplay through and through.
