Space Pig Math is an action game for practicing your times tables - up to 12x12 - with satisfying, visceral feedback and retro-inspired visuals and sounds.
It was crafted with love, by a game-industry veteran (and dad), in the belief that in this age of technological marvels, there is no reason that practicing times tables can't be genuinely FUN!
Blast through waves of asteroids and aliens to save Space Pig's Friends - they in turn will give you awesome powerups to help you out!
The game rewards correct, consecutive, and quick answers with over-the-top explosions and effects. It is easy and accessible for the novice, but the challenge is also there for the pros.
Each times table is covered through four unique modes:
- Start with Review to gain a visual understanding of multiplication.
- Relax in Puzzle mode, blasting answers at your leisure.
- Take a break in Free-For-All - pure arcade action, no math required.
- Then put it all together in Challenge mode - use your reflexes and smarts to save Space Pig's Friends!
You can try the first two levels for free - the game contains a single in-app purchase to unlock the rest. No wifi connection is required to play, except when making the purchase. Also:

BEST MATH APP EVER
Okay so I have been trying to catch up with my times tables for quite some time now and I was trying a bunch of math apps but this one is worth the purchase! But I do have some information for anyone who buys this app. 1* this has various settings which is great if you’re really young and playing. 2* before buying full version make sure to try it out first. 3*have fun!

It’s been proven time and time again that learning happens more effectively when it’s fun.
This app breaks down multiplication into small organized pieces. They show expressions visually with many methods to cater to the different ways that people learn. Not only does this app help you learn your multiplication but it also shows you the how/why behind it in a very simple and esthetically pleasing way.
I appreciate the thought that went into this app to organize useful concepts into ways that fully engage the brain without overwhelming it.
Icing on the cake is that it’s done in an incredibly fun OG arcade game with purpose. 10/10 absolutely recommend for all skill levels.

Math teacher here and I love this one
Not sure where I heard about Space Pig but I am very happy I did. My students (6-9yrs old) have really enjoyed playing it, and many of the younger ones have learned their first multiplication concepts just by playing the game.
I have played A LOT of math games and this one is very near the top of the list. Check it out I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Love it!
My 5 year old has been playing this game for an hour and a half now and does not want to stop. I think she’ll have the multiplication table down in no time flat.

A little annoying.
When you play the asteroid challenges and you shoot at the monsters, if there’s an asteroid right next to it with a number the app says you got the asteroid and says you got the question wrong.

Finally got my kid to learn his multiplication facts
My kid loves this game. He hates flash cards and Xtra Math which is used at his school. He asks to play this game all the time! Thanks for making it! A grown up section where I can see his progress would be cool.

Option to remove aliens please
This game is great!! But for my almost 5 year old who loves math, the aliens are way too stressful. We’d buy it for him in a flash if we could opt out of aliens. As it stands, no.
