Space Takeover - Takeover It Hack 2.5 + Redeem Codes

I love this game. Omg I play every day. I would love if when we get to the end of a level like when we’ve ‘taken’ over all the planets, we could work on making the layout as efficient as possible and maybe it gives us a boost on the next level if we can figure out the highest efficiency of a level/map. This last part could totally be skippable too, like you can opt out of the efficiency scene/part of the level.

I’ve played this game a lot, it while it was once tons of fun, it’s now just your typical ad riddled game.

1) You can pay to remove the forced ads. It’s reasonably cheap. There are still “voluntary” ads even if you pay.

2) The only way to actually make progress in the game is to watch the “voluntary” ads, because the in-game currency is given at such low amounts you are more or less required to watch them to get the multiplier. Shame on developers that offer ad removal but then force it upon you after you’ve paid with soft walls.

3) They have added in multiple new levels that are impossible to beat without power ups. It used to be maybe 1/20 levels were like that, and not it seems closer to 10/20. The only way to get powers ups is, you guessed it, ads. You can pay for in game currency as well. You simply can’t earn enough in game currency without the ad multiplier to have enough to buy the power-ups.

4) In short, despite paying to remove ads you still must watch them. You can’t get power ups without watching ads, because you can’t earn currency without beating levels, which you can’t beat without powers ups, which require watching ads.

It’s a bummer because the game is fun excluding it. At least make a remove ALL ads available.

There does not appear to be a way past level 438 without a purchase of some type. I initially paid for the no ad version of the game. However, now I cannot view ads to earn power, money, or to skip a hard level. The game appears to be weighted unfairly on some levels just to earn revenue. Having the ability to earn in-game credits would be nice. I just get a message that reads, “In game ad not ready.” I have ads turned on for the app too. Don’t pay for the ad free version unless you are prepared to make further purchases. I have not purchased any additional credits and will not do so. I have asked for a refund, sent comments to the company via the game, and have tried to check for help on the company website. The website has been down for the past week under “maintenance.”

The stats are weighted too heavy towards the opposition or special planets. I had two lvl 20 regular planets against one lvl 10 special planet and in a matter a 15-16 secs the 20’s were gone. Plus considering the opposition more times than not starts with special planets or more, you are always at a disadvantage. The game draws you in to this. At first, this isn’t the case but progresses to this. Now I have gotten far it to this games because of this but I’m sure it yo get to a pay or play situation. You only earn game money to spend on power up by winning. I’ve played multiple games like this and this is way lopsided compared to the others.

Great game. Fun levels from super easy to super hard. A few are virtually impossible (224 and 338 so far - those really need to be fixed).

Downside is the game is a huge power hog. If I’m plugged in while i play the battery level still drops. So, maybe don’t play in a car or on a plane.

In the beginning it’s an ad every 5-8 levels which is fantastic and made me want to continue playing even with banner ads at the bottom of the game. But once I hit level 50 I was getting them after EVERY level and frankly it’s making me want to remove the app. Having ads every 5-10 levels with the option of watching one every level to double my income was a much better solution and I hope they change that to continue in that manner for levels after 50.

I ended up deleting it because around level 580 it gets to the point where you have to use power ups and to make it worse you watch an ad to collect at the start screen, after you beat a level, and then if you want to increase your winnings. It was tollerable until I started getting 45 second ads after the win and then again to collect the bonus. Sorry but I had to delete this one.

The game is a good game and is good for a person who likes strategy. However, once you get to level 60, the boss keeps using power-ups completely screwing over the player. You need power-ups if you even wanna stand a chance, and the only way to get power ups is by paying or watching ads. Greedy. In the end, once you reach level 60, delete it. Download, Play to lvl 60, delete it, come back to it later, repeat.

I enjoy the game but there’s interesting effects that happen when a security firewall is used while playing. I get notified of “Malicious host blocked” followed immediately by email threats of APT infection. Maybe just a coincidence but I took a few months of from playing, started to play again and as soon as I got on a secured network it happened again. I performed that same break 2 more times with the same outcomes. The malicious host is blocked and the emails begin.

I’ve played the game for about a week now and it has kept me entertained. I’ve reached level 263 and have noticed after around level 250 there is no way to complete some levels without using power ups. I’ve tried every combination and strategy available with no luck. It will keep you entertained until then however. Sad.
