Mystery meat is such a treat.
I dig Spamflix Really. It’s well curated left-field cinema with super tight graphic/ux design. Was watching a documentary about the “Channel Z” cable program in 1980’s L.A. and wondering why there aren’t more streaming platforms dedicated to finding the esoteric and artful filmmaking that slips through the cracks of popular consciousness, and the next week I found this platform trying to find a copy of Alex Cox’s “Three Businessmen” to stream.
I’ve tried other apps with a similar model, but prefer the catalog of films that Spamflix offers and am looking forward to seeing how it expands. Would much rather spend a few bucks for a decently transferred print of cult films like these than whatever grainy mud gets uploaded to youtube and torrent trackers.
This app is unfortunately has some annoyances for me. I can’t log into my account and the search function isn’t on the home screen in particular… but there is so much complexity involved in creating a streaming platform like this and I have mad respect for the team developing and curating this platform!

Spamflix is a fantastic VoD streaming platform. You can find plenty of interesting films here that you’ll definitely enjoy. I strongly recommend this app to everyone.
