Advertising is confusing - but they are willing to work with you
I initially was very frustrated with this app because it immediately asked for a subscription. I wanted to just try it. Since it was advertised as free, I felt deceived. There is a free 7 day trial, but remember your password- they are working on the glitches of recovering your password at the moment. I am impressed that when I responded to an email, even though I got an automated response saying it wasn’t going to anyone, I still got a response from someone. They are making efforts to correct issues and that is promising.

So fun and educational!!
I adore this app! It was made for children, ages 5-9, to learn and practice Spanish, but my 3 year old has been playing it. We've been playing it for about a month now and even though we've done many of the same levels/games over and over, she keeps asking me to play it because "it's my favorite." I may be biased, as I minored in Spanish in undergrad and love the language, but it makes my heart so happy to hear her repeating the Spanish words and learning her numbers, colors, and letters. (And it's a great refresher for mommy, too!). She really likes it when the monkey, Arturo, tells her, "Muy bien!" As an Early Childhood therapist, I also highly recommend this app to others. There are so many benefits for children learning a 2nd language: better language acquisition at earlier ages, larger vocabulary, better executive functioning skills (critical thinking, problem solving, memory, mental flexibility, ability to multitask), increased creativity, higher academic success/achievement, and promotes cultural awareness and enrichment. This app is such a benefit to professionals and parents!

Horrible service, impossible to cancel, cannot reset password
We have had the application for over a month, but cannot reset the parent portal password. We are able to reset it within the game/app, but it doesn’t change the parent portal, so it is now inaccessible and leaves us unable to change our subscription. Additionally, when using their website to access the parent portal, the reset password link only shows when you attempt to subscribe with an already existing account, but following the password reset form leads to an HTTP 500 error after trying to submit the email to reset the parent portal password. AND when trying to respond to the welcome emails that say to respond if you need help, they reject all messages that are not part of their domain, effector blocking the ability to ask for help!

We really like this Spanish language learning app! My 8 year old is using it. We like it because most Spanish language learning apps can be very repetitive, using a simple and boring mini game over and over again. My 8 year old usually gets bored very quickly. But this app has a variety of different tasks to do and doesn’t feel repetitive at all to him.

Wonderful App!
Learning Spanish is so important and I want my children to speak it really well. It’s fun and interesting. It was very entertaining and I can’t wait for my youngest son to start using it next. Just make sure you keep it updated to the latest version and connect to Wi-Fi for it to work best!

Great game- big problem
My first and second graders love this game. I love that is uses whole sentences in Spanish. They played through a lot of levels, and I would definitely give it 5 stars for learning Spanish. But now we can’t login on any of our devices because the screen size doesn’t fit the size of our devices and the buttons are hidden. I tried customer service months ago and didn’t get any help.

Fun and engaging for younger students
Fun and easy to use. My 9 year old enjoyed it, but thought it would be great for kids younger than her. She still learned some basics and had fun.

Lots of Glitches
I wish I could give this app 5 starts because I really like it, my son loves it and he was learning a lot.... until we got stuck on lesson 31. Arturo asks to tap on the blue pants. There are no blue pants. No way to get past that point and no way to continue on to the next lesson. We are totally stuck. I sent the developers a message with no response. If this ever gets fixed I’ll give it five stars. For now it only gets one. Please fix it!!

Great game for Spanish!
I really love this game for the kids. They use it on their tablets and it’s so much fun. They’re learning Spanish and practicing and they just feel like they’re playing. Great resource!
