Ignitor BEX is a professional dancer and Popular Social Media Influencer. Her 10-day program IM-PROOF will help you discover SELF-CARE and SELF-LOVE through the art of IMPROVISATION and MOVEMENT. Through her spunky energic style, BEX will help you UNLEARN YOURSELF. All sessions are an average of 30-minutes with minimal equipment.

Love it!
I’m loving this app so far! It’s very intuitive and the workouts with Kanoa are amazing. I’ve done a few different workout programs over the last year or so and what really sets this one apart from the rest is how Kanoa leads the workouts with compassion. Most programs push you to “burn burn burn calories let’s go push yourself to the limit”, leaving you feeling anxious, like you’re under achieving and under performing, and less confident. Kanoa approaches fitness in a “do what feels good” kind of way that encourages me to continue improving while at the same time leaves me feeling confident. I can’t wait to see where this app goes next!

20 minute body positive workouts!
I have always been plus sized, and had never seen a plus size instructor before. Kanoa is super FUN, loving and caring. So far the workouts have been at a great pace and she really sweats along with you! I love the modifications she presents for different body sizes, and how each move can also be studied beforehand. The app has been helping me move my body every week, and I’m so proud of how strong and confident I feel.
