Improved:
- Back button now scrolls back three pages instead of only one.
- Credits, tap anywhere to exit.
- Changed text to add clarity.
- Advertising, by removing it completely.

Fixed:
- Tapping immediately after a level ends (should) no longer break everything.
- Tapping twice while watching the credits no longer causes a natural disaster.
- Level 1 and 20 are no longer incorrectly swapped.
- Did we mention there's no advertising?
