App error
I contacted speak customer service twice and also contacted to apple itunes for their in-app purchase error. My problem was not solved so I gave up. Very disappointed with their system error.

Significant latency when mirror screen from iPhone/iPad to AppleTV
The app is good and useful. But there’s a significant problem that I encountered. I used to mirror screen from iPad to AppleTV. When I use Speak this way, the video lesson’s video and audio has latency. After playing video for about 1 minute, the video is slower than its audio. This makes the actors mouth shape can’t match the audio, which is very painful for a language speaking app. I’ll change the score to 5 stars if this issue got fixed. Thanks!

Not suite for me
As a working professional, I have been looking for such an app for a while, i want to use the app to improve my English in a business professional environment, however this app is more for daily usage and the dialog looks a bit simple to me when I first logged in. I think it’s good in general for beginner, but does your company has plan to make it work for complicated business use case like negotiation, presentation or daily meeting? I will pay for that. Thank you.

Accessibility issues
This app is great. I wish there is a way to change font size. I subscribed to the app so my grandma can learn English while she’s visiting me, but she can barely see the text in the app.

There is no English in dashboard or settings
My mother tongue isn’t in their supporting languages for translation and I should choose a language that I don't understand. I don’t need translation and I can understand sentences. Please add English in your menu.
