Good, but too many ads
The app itself is good, but the ads are just too much, and the subscription is too expensive

I haven’t even got the earbuds paired with my phone and I’m already flooded with ads. Not cool!
Bluetooth connected to my computer right away but device doesn’t even show up on my iPhone. Device is not connected to my computer but still doesn’t show on the phone. Is this because the phone has “the app” and the computer doesn’t? It would be a lot easier to figure out what’s going on if the ads would at least stop until I’m connected. On my computer the buds couldn’t sync audio & video so I thought I’d see it they’d do better with my phone. So far they’re crap.

FIX THIS APP OR REMOVE IT
This app is extremely broken and every time I try to play a song an add pops up and after it goes away IT DOESN’T EVEN PLAY THE SONG and when you can get it to play a song it’s not the right song. This app used to be ok and worked until the new update then things went bad fast. Please fix this app so it is actually useable

This app isn’t even from JBL and just a scam all around
There is a perfectly fine equalizer app for jbl made by Harman in the AppStore that works great and you can update your speaker there as well, these developers are just trying to make money of off some scam monthly subscription for an app that doesn’t even function properly.

I don’t get why this exists
Why would anyone use this. It has no extra options or settings for devices. It’s their version of a terrible media player with ads like a child free download game. It’s not free and am not sure what you are paying for. Just stick to products.

Makes me want to Ditch my JBL speaker
Garbage app that tries to vacuum your wallet. Expected it to enhance my JBL experience after buying the speaker. Instead makes it worse while drowning you in ads.
Buy a Bose speaker and use their app. It’s not great but there are no ads. And speakers are better. I use Bose Revolve+ II.
