Speater is definitely the best language learning app I’ve ever used. However, it would be great to me if the below 2 could be improved:
1) Sound echo in video play: When playing a video, there’s a sound echo at slow speed play, it’s essential to improve it to make it perfect functionally.
2) Sleep timer: I listen audio on Speater when I am sleeping. It would be great if it comes with a sleep timer which will end the a episode in xxx minutes. You may refer to Voice Dream or Overcast which are smartest designed and I suppose they’re best text-to-speech and podcast apps separately. By the way, Voice Dream is a great audio player either which you could play an audio so I use it at time of sleep for the sleep timer but I have copy the same episode to it.

Speater is incredible!
I use this for learning songs in a community choir. I can’t read music very well, so this app helps tremendously. I can repeat a section of a song effortlessly.

Best AB repeater I’ve ever used.
Sadly, I don’t think this is in active development anymore. Also, it seems the full version was removed from the App Store within the past year (2021-2022). I bought the full version a few years ago after trying out the lite for a few days.
I’m glad it still works (iOS 15.4 on iPhone SE 2020) because I use it everyday for language acquisition.
I love the auto find interval and the auto repeat count, which automatically divides my audio files into sections of 0.5 seconds to 30 seconds each, and repeats them X number of times before moving to the next section. Gesture support makes this very easy to use without looking at the screen.
It’s simply the best AB player I’ve ever used on the Apple App Store and Google Play store. I’ve tried dozens of them for learning music and studying a second language.
